Find out what Bar restaurants to try in Crozet. Crozet /ˌkroʊˈzeɪ/ is a census-designated place (CDP) in Albemarle County in the U.S. state of Virginia. It is situated along the I-64 corridor approximately 12 miles (19 km) west of Charlottesville and 21 miles (34 km) east of Staunton. Originally called "Wayland's Crossing," it was renamed in 1870 in honor of Colonel Claudius Crozet, the French-born civil engineer who directed the construction of the Blue Ridge Tunnel. The population was 5,565 at the 2010 census.

Spent an afternoon lunchtime with a group at Blue Mountain Brewery. Even though the place is smack-dab on the highway, the mountain views are still nice. There is lots of parking and some available yard space for families to play corn hole and such. Since the day was so gorgeous, we opted to eat outdoors under umbrellas, but there is a fair amount of indoor seating, too. I'm not a fan of having to eat with everyone's dogs, but this seems to be all the rage right now. I didn't try any beer, so I can't comment on the brews. The food was decent, but the menu left a bit to be desired. Everything was pretty much a sandwich or pizza, so there are not a lot of options for anyone hoping to avoid bread. Prices were higher than I would have preferred, but they were probably fairly average for this type of place.

First time visitors. Good Chile wine by the glass. Decent pour for $8.00. The gazpacho was excellent. The cup size was quite large. Chicken tikka was different with a kebab as the main part of the course. Spice level was sufficient and quite tasty. Filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned and at $19 it is a bargain. Chef is willing to make substitutions - just ask. We will be back soon. Recommended.

It was almost empty when we arrived at 5pm, and a waiting list by the time we left. The outdoor seating would have been nice, but it was too windy and chilly during our visit. I felt the service was very good, but the food only average. I had the steak frites. While it was cooked about right, it didnât have a lot of flavor. Like most restaurants, there was an over abundance of fries used to fill one up, and a lack of vegetables.The flat breads were ok, but nothing special. The Mac & cheese was very good as was the spinach and artichoke dip. I felt the wine was too pricey for a house wine and the type restaurant Rooftop is.

Found online and had no information regarding the place. A little apprehensive to eat on a golf course. Was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful views and the food was very good. Overlooking the mountains and the gold course, sitting outside was very nice. Service was good. Nice place to stop for a bit and to rest during the wine tours. Located right down the road from King Family Winery.Thank you for taking a chance on us while you were in town and for taking the time to leave a positive review of your experience! We welcome all who are looking for a break and a bite of lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch when touring the area as we are just 5 -15 minutes from all of the 'Brew Ridge Trail' stops. We have a wide selection of local craft beer and wine, and an unbeatable view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from our patio. We hope to see you at Restoration again soon!

My family often cannot agree on a restaurant we all like, but all of us like Smoked. They love the brisket and pork and other meat sandwiches, while I love their sides, including broccoli salad, roasted cauliflower, and sweet potato. Even better, the food comes out very quickly. My husband also enjoys local beer options.

my friends enjoyed the dark beer. we were all intrigued by the menu. needed just something light and the slider size pork bbq and burger filled the bill. french fries were excellent the edamame potstickers were unique and tasty. would order again although the sauce had just a bit too much of a biteonly down side is we were looking for a quick lunch and though the service was very good the food came out slowly when it didnt appear to be that busylots of fun names for the dishes offered
