A walkUp restaurant with a varied menu. Wesley - our server- was very engaging and a delight to speak to. His dinner recommendations were spot-on. Portions were more than adequate. The Cederedge wine was a fitting match to dinner. Dining a De Kelder should top your list when in Clanwilliam. You will be glad you did. We did .. Twice.

My 15 year old son and I ate lunch here and loved it. We had the grilled peri-peri chicken wings as a starter. They were delicious - well flavored but not too spicy. They are grilled though, not fried like back in the US. For our mains he had a burger with bacon and onion rings on it. Came with chips on the side. The burger was enormous - he only finished half of it. I had a pizza the waitress recommended - bacon, avo, mozzarella and tomato sauce and added boerewors. Really good, They have a few local beers on tap and a full bar. Service was good too.
