Easy parking in the back. Parking seems to be a big issue. Ate on the patio, beautiful setting. Little stream flowing next to us. Buffalo meat loaf and blacken trout. Same type of food they used back in the stagecoach days. I had a problem with the baked potato!! I think it was a OLD baked potato reheated. Wasnt fluffy at all. I was disappointed they didnt offer a GOOD baked potato. Everything else was fine.

I am an avid TA user and a huge DDD fan. We were looking forward to some quality BBQ and to experience this DDD Guy Fieri location. My wife and I decided to split the combo platter of half rack of ribs and brisket, along with an order of fries and green beans. The food came out within 3 minutes, which was great. However, as a BBQ aficionado and an avid BBQ cooker myself, I didn't like the looks of the ribs. They were totally dry and looked as if they had been heated up in a microwave. They were gray, no smoke ring and the bones just fell out of the overdone rib meat. The seasoning was bland and it needed the sauce just to add much needed taste. The brisket was, thankfully, very good, as were the sides that came with it. Maybe we just got a bad batch of ribs, but I would be very cautious about ordering them in the future. We had great service up until the time when our bill arrived, as our waitress added a $3 upcharge for the brisket, that was then removed when I brought it to her attention. It makes me wonder if this is a normal practice for this restaurant.Hi there! We appreciate you taking the time to review our restaurant. I wanted to sincerely apologize for that $3 up charge and thank you for pointing this out. See we recently changed our point of sales system and our menu options, there was a glitch with the item you ordered. I'm certainly glad you caught that, by no means was your server trying to gain sales by over charging you. That being said we have thoroughly looked through all menu items after you left the restaurant to make certain all pricing is correct. I am disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your ribs. If you could email me, [email protected] or give me a call 719-632-2596 I would like to talk with you a bit more about your experience. Let me know what day and time you were in and your servers name. Thanks so much for your time! Melissa Laveirge FOH Manager

Located in the historic shopping district of old Colorado City. Alchemy is not just a pub, its an Irish influenced gastropub offering a full bar with an array of craft micro brews on tap, a handcrafted specialty drink list, seasonally changing menu and a
Three of us went to this pub last week and outside in the back area. Our friend ordered a Guinness beef stew and my husband and I split a salmon appetizer. (As we had eaten a late-ish breakfast). Both dishes were excellent. The menu is quite unique -lots of unusual choices. It is quaint inside, and since the weather was nice we were told there was a back patio (which you have to go through the kitchen- fine with us !) I must admit that the back patio is certainly in need of some sprucing up. Probably at night you don't notice it. I must mention our friendly and informative server, Kevin. We are from Georgia, but if we lived in the area we would frequent this pub - food was very good.

This place was packed when we went in. The waitress tried, but was pretty overwhelmed. It's your typical bar food, which is definitely what you'd expect, but there are some interesting, more unusual selections. This town is super charming, and this bar is right in the heart. There is a patio area and lots of TVs.

We stopped in by chance for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was wonderful. The menu is unique and delicious, the atmosphere is comfortable and fun, and the staff was very kind and attentive. Loved it. We didnt order anything from the bar but the food menu included cheese platters, sandwiches and kids options. Everything sounded great and our selection did not disappoint. We ordered a brisket sandwich, the drunken goat (mushroom and goat cheese) and started with the pretzels. All were tasty. It is a little gem in a truly adorable town.

Local Bar in the center of Manitou Springs tourist area. Very rustic, no frills watering hole in the wall for the local yocals with so-so bar food and weird servers..... pot heads abound !As with every other establishment in this now lackluster tourist trap ..... overpriced for the level of food and service.Great place to observe the âlocal colorâ.

Locally sourced produce, beef and bakery. Our meat is ground in-house with a flavor of international borders.
The service was ok. Tables around us threatened to leave due to food taking to long. They have specialty burgers so are good if you like getting creative with your toppings. We sat outside which was good but all the umbrellas overlap each other and you have to watch yourself to not run into them. It would also be hard for a wheelchair to get around as closely packed in as they are.

We drink only craft beers so were super excited to find a brewery in the small downtown Manitou Springs area. Tried a porter, hazy and wheat beer and they all were pretty blah and not really good enough to stay ....

We were walking around town looking for dinner and stopped here. Looks like nothing special from the outside but we were hooked by the Wednesday night special 2 for $24. She had surf and turf. Tasty steak , nice shrimp. Excellent. I had salmon fillet rice and broccoli. Salmon really tasty . Excellent. Good friendly service. Around $38 inclusive. 2 beers excluding tip. Give it a try you wonât be sorry.
