Reviews on Bar food in Capri, Province of Naples, Italy. Capri is pure romance—dramatic views, the bluest ocean you’ve ever seen, even the scent of lemon blossoms in the air. The luminescent Blue Grotto, striking Faraglioni Rocks and the Palazzo al Mare are popular with travelers, but for a real treat, snorkel at Marina Piccola beach. It’s said to be the spot where Odysseus nearly succumbed to the Sirens’ song… a fitting legend for this alluring island.

We visited on the very first night the new barista was working and she was extremely friendly and professional. She was able to make new drinks she never made before and kept us entertained and spirits high. Definitely recommend coming to The Queen if you visit Capri. Amber is the absolute best barista.

Noteworthy visitors include Clark Gable, Sofia Loren and Jackie Kennedy! I really enjoyed Capri, especially loved the main âPiazza Umbertoâ, home to designer boutiques such as Valentino, Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Cartier and Prada. I also loved the scented âGardens of Augustusâ for a tranquil retreat. After hours exploring the cobblestone streets, I enjoyed a typical Caprese dish â Spicy Linguine with Clams and Mussels. Afterwards, I stopped off for a sweet treat of locally-made limoncello⦠a sweet and potent lemon liqueur fresh from the local groves. I loved it so much I couldnât resist a photo opp with their giant-sized lemons! Capri is popular for day trippers from Naples and Sorrento.

I've been to the mountaintop and the best pizza I've had in Italy is from the great Bar Faro. Served up by "Pepe"the Great. A big teddy bear of a man, filled with kindness and sincerity. Superb attitude. The pizza comes in all types and the underlying truth is that every one of the choices tastes fantastic. The espresso is jubilant and the service is impeccable. Forget Capri that is for snobs who sit in front of the ocean but can't see past the iPhone. Hilarious! It's the people not the place that make things wonderful. I love Bar Faro. It is easily my favourite Italianeatery. Please don't miss it. Oh yes the pastries are embarrassingly delicious. I almost felt guilty for enjoying the hell out of myself!!! Almost!!! HaBilly Freedom

Il Piccolo is a historical cafe in the famous Piazzetta of Capri, now completely renewed. It offers a variety of coffee, aperitifs, snacks, pastries, cakes and light lunch served at the tables in the square or in the interior spaces. It is the ideal place
After having travelled to the top of the mountain, we came down to Capri town and found this bar/cafe on the main square. The area is amply covered with parasols and shaded by the adjoining buildings. Service is good. We did not dine here but we had a cold beer and an Aperol spritz which were both reasonably priced for the area. Rfreshed we were prepared to continue our tour in the hot sun.

This restaurant is right in the main square of Capri, a great place to people watch whilst you are having a well earned rest. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The prices are fairly expensive but having said that everything is expensive in Capri. Great Coffee.
