This place is great. Steak is awesome. Have to drink the house special drink cost is 35 pesos. Our server want to practice speaking English witch was nice. All of us speak Portuguese, Spanish and English he just wanted to practice. Service is slow tho. I guess it's a south american thing tho as I am america living in Brazil now for 2 years and it is the same there.

We were visiting our new data center for ANATEL and I was able to take the team out for a well deserved lunch. Our team chose "El Sauce" and I could not have been happier. The owner and staff were very kind and gave us full access. I was even able to go behind the bar and check out the traditional Uruguayan meat grill...yes it is behind the bar!Obviously you have to have an open mind to enjoy this special place.
