Firstly I am aware that âlousyâ (very poor or bad) is spelled without an âeâ. I have chosen to spell it with an âeâ to make a point: louse means contemptible or unpleasant person.I chose this spelling to express my feelings for the employees who attempted to âspoil or ruinâ my dining experience at the restaurant. When we called to ask if there was a âwait timeâ (to be seated), we were told by the guy on the phone âabout 15 minutesâ. We arrived about 25 minutes later. We called again, just to see if the time had changed. He says, â itâs gonna be an hour, maybe even two hoursâ. Apparently, he was trying to discourage us. Little did he know we were parking outside. We walk inside and there are several vacant tables. We didnât appreciate his dishonesty, but we were really excited about trying east coast crabs so we grab a table and begin looking at the menu.We get in line to place our order. Weâre informed , âwe only have 2 pounds of crabs left and you have to buy a whole poundâWhat? Itâs 7pm! Youâre a âCrabhouseâ! As much as we wanted to try the crabs, we were not gonna pay $65 for crabs that we have never tasted? What if theyâre not good?Weâre disappointed, but decided to try something else off the menu. I ordered a crab cake, fish n chips, crab balls hush puppies and a drink. The food arrived without delay. As she handed me my fish, I asked her for tartar sauce. Immediately, she shouldnât âweâre out of tartar sauceâ. I respond, Iâm gonna have to request a refund for the fish. (Iâm from Texas. I donât eat fish without tartar sauce)Miraculously, she gives me two containers of tartar sauce and says, âthese are the last twoâ. At this point, Iâm asking myself, âare there any honest people working at this place?â Why do I ask this? Because Iâm looking at a compact cooler sitting on the counter FULL of tartar sauce. I even asked the guy for another one.Anyway, the crab cake and crab balls were pretty good. The hush puppies were extremely mushy on the inside as if they were undercooked. The fish n chips were okay. The fountain drink was great! **Probably because it was âself-serve.**âWonât be back to this area until later this year.âWonât be back to Fat Boyâs Crab Shack, EVER.

I've been about 5 times now when I'm over in the US on business. I usually sit at the bar and service is friendly, quick and my order is always spot on.The bar staff are always ready for a chat and the place is always clean.I will be coming over again in a few weeks so looking forward to it.

I got to the restaurant at 5:30 and it was fairly empty. My waiter, Brandon, took my drink order and it took 10 minutes to be delivered. At that time, I gave my dinner order with no apps. The dinner arrived in average time. Brandon came back once when I was half way through to check my dinner. When I was done, I waited and waited and waited. Finally, he shows up.And it just wasn't him being slow. Five of the six wait staff in this place walked around like they had no purpose! Brandon needs some serious two-days of training. I had one entree and didn't get out of the restaurant until 7:00! Again, I arrived at 5:30 and was alone. The only time Brandon showed up fast was when I finished leaving the tip on the table, and I made it cheap!Note: I'm a well traveled road individual of 30yrs. If you don't like this review do not contact me for I am not the problem, your establishment was, FIX IT!

A very nice restaurant with live music. We saw the Sunset Band play and they were fabulous. The meal was fulfilling and the customer service was excellent. Our waitress Dashea was excellent and very attentive during our visit. I definitely recommend this lovely restaurant on a Sunday evening listening to some live music

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
We stopped here for lunch while passing through and were pleasantly surprised. We normally don't hit chains when travelling, but we don't have this chain at home so it was new to us. There's plenty of parking, and the staff are friendly. We had plenty of food, all of which was well prepared. This isn't going to make the front page of Foodie magazine anytime soon, but it did the trick.

Yacht club style restaurant and bar located in the Comfort Inn Conference of Bowie, MD. View of gardens and pool. Menu with great prices for steak and seafood, lots of quick bites and pastas too. Fully stocked bar. Central Maryland location is ideal for m
We usually dine at a local restaurant when travels in this area, but today decided to try the hotel restaurant. What a nice surprise. Menu was ok, service and ambiance was excellent. Patrons in the lounge were all nice, friendly, an attitude inspired by the servers. The burger was just ok, but the side vegetables were fresh and abundant, served with a nice cold tossed salad. The chorizo penne pasta is not a dish I have ever seen anywhere, so I decided to try it. Wow, I can't wait to try this again, I might even try to prepare it at home. Sautéed vegetables on the side were great. A small wine selection, but the price was right.

Went in with low expectations. Pleasantly surprised. From the start, the host quoted an accurate wait time. Enjoyed everything from apps to entrees. We are not BBQ aficionados but this was this was a nice suprise. WAY than its ranking. This should easily be in the top 20 in Bowie compared to a lot of the other restaurants with higher rankings.

Birthday dinner after the Baysox game. We call ahead and made arrangements for a party of 15 to have dinner after the game. Manager and staff very very accommodating. We stopped by before the game to drip off the cake which they held for us. Upon returning everything was setup and ready. Everyone's meal was excellent, service was great, and despite only one server for 15 people, everything went smoothly. Billing was qeick and efficient. And we were thanked by several staff and the manager for our business and wished a good evening upon our departure. All in all, a perfect dining experience. Thanks.

Great spot to celebrate anything, always a good time! There is a cover charge, the service is decent, the food and drinks are good, strict dress code fellas (they will turn you away), gets pretty busy on any given night, entertainment is always on point.

Decided to try pub for corned beef/cabbage/potato dinner. Not bad, but corned beef tasted like heated thru, thick cut deli meat. Cabbage undercooked. Potatoes decent. This place is probably good for a sandwich, beer and live music, but for a dinner it falls a little short. Strange little dining room. Needs a good scrubbing. Friendly server.
