On main Street in farmingdale, nice place, clean, good staff. The bar area is nice, good selection of beer on tap. Happy hour, Sunday brunch they have it all. Soup was good, pretzel was good, ravioli was good, meatballs good, salad was good. Beer on tap , 7.00, soda 2.50, food around 16.00 a plate. Great choice to have a few drinks and dinner. Live band on Saturday, one of the best restaurants and bars on main Street

Let me start off with this warning. If you are not into sports please don't eat there.. there are over 30 large tv's around the restaurant. During certain sports events the restaurant gets mobbed and noisy. But that is the fun of going there. The food is a fast type of meal but the menu is very large. Prices are very good and they always have a number of specials. I live the wings and potato skins. Drinks have free refills and the staff is very attentive. Nobody is rushed and nobody is bothered if you stay longer than usual to eat and watch a sporting event. Parking is easy. There are at least two main event restaurants in Nassau county.

What a mistake. Went for the psychic dinner and what a disappointment. Have you ever gone to a restaurant that did not have a manager or owner on premise. Well this one supposedly didn't but I am sure was there but didn't want to be bothered. How about a waitress that all she can do is say she is sorry but does not know what she can do to help. Pretty Poor. The woman in charge of the psychic appointments was pathetic and we arrived at 7 pm and she was sending people over for readings. By 9 pm we needed to beg to be served dinner (poor excuse for food) at $45 a pop and still was waiting for readings and watched the woman who ran it send people she knew before us. She was actually sitting at the table with them on a few occasions and tried to tell us that they came in at 5:30 pm. Don't think so we watched them walk in much later than us. She thought the whole situation was funny, What does she have to lose she will be back there again next Tuesday doing the same thing. We were there to check it out and had plans to return with a big group of women. Guess what NOT HAPPENING. Food and service terrible. I am a firm believer that one day What goes around comes around and she and whomever was in charges will get paid back.

The Library Cafe is in the center of Farmingdale and has the ambiance of an uptown Manhattan lounge and restaurant. Stop by for our signature martinis and great food.
We just had my sister-in-lawâs bridal shower at Library Cafe in Farmingdale. Great place for a nice, intimate gathering with good food and great service! We had Sunday brunch and everyone said the food was good. Also, both the Cafe manager and our host Chris were great!

My husband and I came for a low key dinner. We haven't. Even here in awhile and decided to come back tonight. We ordered a round of drinks--perfect. Then we decided on 2 dinners--filet mignon sliders and baby back ribs. The filet mignon sliders were pathetic. They were a measly thin piece of meat---I dint think filet mignon?--on a slider bun. Very disappointing! The ribs weren't bad but not spectacular. We won't be back.

Ordered appetizer and a few beers before dinner. Loaded boneless chicken wings. The appetizer came and was cold. Told the waiter and he took them back and said he'd replace them. After a few minutes a replacement was brought to the table by what I am assuming was the manager or supervisor. I assume this because it wasn't my waiter and she was dressed differently. She didn.t introduce herself, didn't say anything except boneless wings. No sorry for the inconvenience, hope these are better, nothing. The replacement boneless wings were barely warmer than the first and the cheese wasn't even melted. The wings tasted like thawed Tyson frozen chicken nuggets, Needless to say we didn't eat much of it and decided to go elsewhere for dinner.

We're a local restaurant and sports bar located on Hempstead Turnpike near the Center Lane Plaza, across the street from the Tri County Jewelry Exchange. Come hang out, watch sports, be yourself and enjoy the company of others without breaking the bank. W
Big disappointment. Went there for lunch . Order two dinners and some soft drinks, one meal comes out ok , the second meal came about and when I started to eat the meal it was ICE COLD in side. Told the waitress , she apologized. It wasnât her fault , but when she took it back to the kitchen , you can here the kitchen staff say , STICK IT IN THE MICROWAVE AND PUT MORE GRAVEY ON IT. THEN THE MANAGER AND OLDER MAN COMES OUT WITH THE DISH IN HIS HAND. Told him to take the dish back and TAKE IT OFF MY BILL!!!, PORK HAS TO BE FULLY COOKED . WAKE UP IN THE KITCHEN. They really have to pay attention, someone can get extremely sick on uncooked foodHi there, Angiecetta. We apologize you had a poor experience at our House. HI AGAIN---IT'S THE TRAVELIN' TRAVEL AGENTS FROM CONSUMERS TRAVEL WORLD! A nice (and crowded) bar/restaurant. The service was fast and attentive. The food was OK, but a bit pricey. Sandwiches were @ $15. Fortunately, there was a coupon to offset the menu prices. No complaints, except there are better deals available nearby, with plenty of restaurant choices.

Wide food choices from a giant pretzel, spinach dip with homemade chips to stake. Everything was great. Cold local beer on tap and a nice wine list. The bar area is nice, the live music was up front and more seating towards the back. You felt like you were home very cozy. From older people to people with kids ,everyone was welcomed. Cant wait to go back.

We found this restaurant after attending the PGA Championship at Bethpage. What a great find! Not wanting to queue to get out on Sunday, we opted for our nearest bar/restaurant and came upon Palmers. We experienced great service and excellent food. Delicious fillet mignon and mighty tasty salmon and scallops. A very well-priced bottle of Chimney Rock complimented our meal.Nice atmosphere and decor. Super duper! Loved it!!
