We ordered one single pizza and the special, two pieces with a drink. The pizza had minuscule pieces of toppings and greasy cheese. The dough had the taste and texture of cardboard. We ate a few bites, then paid our bill and left.
one of the single most disgusting places I have ever dined in the milky way! place was vacant which should have been a clue. I will waste little more time.... the "waitress" mumbled something like what I thought was "how are you". I said "fine how are you"? she says "I wasn't asking how you were, I as asking if you needed menus". I was like "oh, I take my hi back then", laughing. no smile, no eye roll, no sense of humor or friendliness whatsoever. frozen food, fried, heated or whatever they do. I think they were paper plates too. oh and I love being handed my beverage by the rim from some smoker hacking into her hand while she watches tv in between whatever she did. so much farm and a real lack of fresh anything in this towns eateries! if you want to shoot some stick and get faced then this is the place if you drive a pick 'em up truck!

5 ladies, we had turkey Gouda sandwich, steak salad, cauliflower crust flattiza, and Caesar salad. Nice portions, tasty food, love the outdoor seating even though it was windy. Service was a tad slow, but cheery:) Bloody Mary was good, not great. We would return to give them another try.

This pub is one of the best in the Berkeley Springs area and my personal favorite.Conveniently located less than a block away from Berkeley Springs State Park and the Country Inn [at the intersection of North Washington Street (US Rt 522) & Congress Street], the Mountaineer is a great place to stop before catching a movie at the Star Theater (across the street)... after the show too. Just look for the big pink building and go upstairs. You might miss it if you don't look closely. This place is one of the hidden gems of Berkeley Springs. During Happy Hour (Mon-Fri 5P-7P), the Mountaineer is the destination for dollar tacos, a 7$ appetizer sampler, and $2.50 domestic bottles. My personal favorites include the tacos and the wings. If you're more of a burger lover, try their Monster Mountaineer burger or, better yet, the Bacon Egg & Cheeseburger! You won't be disappointed. If you leave hungry, it will be your own fault. Wanda, the proprietor, has put together an awesome menu... and kids eat for $4.99!Most recently, the proprietor has added some really tasty items to the menu. These include Pulled Pork Fries: bed of fries with pulled pork, coleslaw, and other tasty toppings! If you're like me, you like your beer cold. Wanda really keeps it cold. With seven beers on tap, you're bound to find something new and memorable. While you'll find Bud Light at any bar, The Mountaineer sports at least three (sometimes more) brews made in the Mountain State of West Virginia! Yes, it really is almost heaven.Friday nights are always a blast at the Mountaineer. I like to swing by at around 8PM and play Cards Against Humanity or play X-Box on one of the four big screen T.V.s.Every other Saturday is a blast too with a DJ and Karaoke starting at around 8 or 9 Pm. Sunday's are a great day for beer buckets with 6 Bud Lights for $12.00.Treat yourself to a good time and give this place a try, it's a personal favorite!

Sharon, the only waitress available since school had started, waited on the entire dining area for breakfast. The customers were extremely patient and friendly. Enjoyed everything.

The Naked Olive Lounge is a beautiful "speak easy" type of bar with a excellent small plate menu and amazing cocktails. Weekly food and drink specials. Fine art, great food and fun environment.
My husband and I ate lunch at this restaurant. We were the only customers for a late lunch on a cold and rainy Friday afternoon. Our waitress/ bartender was polite, pleasant, and prompt. We shared the smoked salmon charcuterie plate and a chocolate mousse dessert. Both were delicious. I also had a bloody mary and my husband a draft of a local beer which were both good. Although this restaurant was very quiet while we were there, I would be willing to bet it is a lot of fun when crowded. The menu is interesting with lots of different things to try. Tables were not crowded together and the decor is entertaining.

Went in after a long day at work and we were seated immediately. Our host brought our drinks and then we were totally forgotten. We were never waited on. We finally got up and walked out. We did pay for our drinks and they apologized profusely but I will never go back. The bad thing is, they weren't busy, now I know why.

We were travelling from Ohio to Baltimore to take a Carnival Cruise and my husband was looking for Maryland blue crab. He found Jimmy Joy's online and our group of 8 was excited to have the chance to get blue crab. WE ordered a half bushel and it was a huge amount! It took some time but our group gobbled up the crab. We all talked about what a great experience it was because we don't have anything like that at home. WE stopped about 1 pm on a Friday afternoon and it was not crowded. Would definitely recommend!
