Big Pig Little Pig is an American BBQ Canteen in the Industrial area of Moorabbin. We are situated in a large renovated warehouse with a Beer Garden out the front. We provide a relaxed dining experience which lends itself to self service, canteen style. O
If good old fashioned BBQ is your thing then you will feel at home by the time you walk in through the door. Good selection of smoked meats, platters and sides plus a variety of craft beers on tap.

The man at the front office was busy so we signed ourselves in. We had a reservation so our table was at the window with a nice view. Initial observations were that it was just like a NSW Club so you order food and drinks from the bar. I had gone specifically for the crumbed brains and my wife selected the corn and zucchini fritters. Because i was unsure of meal size i ordered an entree of spring rolls for each of us. When i ordered drinks i was told that as a MFC member i would have to go back to the front desk to get membership to qualify for the member's discount - so i did. Simple matter of filling out a form and getting a card but it would have been handy to know this before we got to the front of the bar queue - a sign perhaps. By the time i got back to the table with the drinks the entree had arrived. Warm on the outside but still cold in the middle we sent the spring rolls back. They were replaced with hot ones an apology and an offer for free desserts if we wanted them. The spring roll replacements were hot and the crumbed brains and corn fritters were nice but it is hard to recover from a basic mistake like being served cold food. The meals were filling so we didn't take up the free dessert option.

We had a brunch with my colleague at this café. Service was incredibly friendly and professional. Coffee was hot and made as it has to be. We ordered CJ Egg Benedict and Vegie Benedict. Dishes were perfectly cooked and delicious. Price was also reasonable.

Friday nights jump at this place with cheap drinks and raffles plus they bring out party pies sausage rolls and small quiches for everyone to nibble on. Good social club and good atmosphere. The only problem is the restaurant is too expensive and they only have senior menu meals at lunchtime.

Bentleigh doesn't exactly scream 'Hospitality Hotspot' (YET), Wolfe and Malone along with a few others are starting an exciting trend and I'm pleased they're doing it well.Wolfe and Malone have an amazing bunch of staff who are passionate about the food and wine on offer. We enjoyed the platter a bit too much, we only live 1km away but the temptation was there to get an uber home. Selection of Wine and Beer is also on point, you'll be spoilt for choice.Team W&M: keep up the good work, I hope the local community will continue to support you.
