This is a large place with a nice layout. We were there for lunch and it was very quiet. The windows (or really the walls) were open and nice breezes were flowing through. Service was fast and attentive. This is a typical deli with sandwiches that are too tall to bite, and fatty foods. I just had the BLT, which I could fit into my mouth without having to unlock my jaw. I can imagine this would be a good place for a large group and there is a lot of parking.Thank you for stopping in and providing your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the atmosphere and service. Our "piled high" concept is what we're known for, although we also offer a "light" version of every sandwich. We hope to see you back again.

Always good service, even when we have groups of 40-plus member of our motorcycle club. The back bar is where we meet usually. Food is pretty good also!

.I recently tried the perch, burger, beef stroganoff, and the chicken parm lunch/dinner specials during the same month. Everything was delicious, hot, and filling. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. Parking is always easy and the fair prices for the specials makes me want more. Sometimes I get an extra order to go so my refrigerator is always stocked with something wonderful. Sirna's is my first choice when I am not in the mood to cook myself or have a taste for a home cooked meal like grandma used to prepare. There is always something great to eat and drink at Sirna's

Sat outside on a beautiful summer evening, surrounded by the ornamental plants and flowers in the plaza where the restaurant sits on Chagrin Boulevard. I ordered the Lola, a delicious burger with Symonâs Signature Pickled Onions with Cheddar Cheese. The burger was smaller, but enough when you order a side dish. I had the Rosemary Fries, skinny slices of heaven that capped off a nice meal.

It's easy to see that Lizardville has one of, if not the best, beer and whisky (bourbon, etc. too) offerings in the Cleveland area. What was even more surprising was how good the food is. It's a limited menu, but that's OK when everything on it is great. Bison burgers are still hard to come by around Cleveland, and they have two different ones. Flat-breads are great, and are half-off on Wednesdays. But what really sets this place apart is the knowledge and service of their staff. They will "walk the wall" of beer with you and seem able to comment on every beer you find. Recently I was offered a draft vs. cask comparison of my Bell's Hopslam and really appreciated to chance to try both and to learn even more about a beer I love. This place is top notch without being pretension.

We were quickly seated upon arrival for our Saturday dinner reservation but not given a choice whether inside or outside despite ample seats throughout. We sat outside which had very basic decor and really no ambiance. Our server was attentive yet too casual and hurried. I noticed the attire of most employees including ours was not uniform and somewhat sloppy and soiled. The overall timing of our meal was way too fast including the appetizer bread arriving after our main course was on table. The food was good (only reason 3 rather than 2 stars) but the overall experience was not worth the price. DKB,Thank you so much for the valuable feedback regarding your visit. I was happy to read you were seated quickly and that you enjoyed the food but I'm disappointed we did not execute our usual standard of service or value during your experience. Firebirds was founded on the highest of standards and when we fail to exceed the expectations of our guests, it is imperative that we rectify the experience. I will be sharing your review with our management team.Thank you.

We were there with some friends for lunch on a Sunday. The place was not that busy, but it took a while for our food to come out.The food is OK. Nothing too special. After lunch, when my wife and I got back in the car, we looked at each other and at the same time said, "I'm still hungry." Grrrrrr. Thanks for the feedback, Gefile63. We appreciate it. Please reach out to me at the restaurant as soon as possible. I would like to set something up with you to come back in and see just how special our food can really be!-Matt James, General Manager

Saturday afternoon for Lunch. Only maybe 5 other tables seated. Lots of large screens with a variety of Sports etc. could be seen from any angle. We tried the Riblet appetizer. It had some sort of weird breading on them. Did not expect it. Thought they would just be with the hot sauce I ordered with them. I had the Original Salad, large size. I always enjoy it when I stop at a Winking Lizard. Other ordered an Asian wrap. We also had 1/2 order of onion rings. Typical frozen and greasy. Not good at all. Service was OK. Free popcorn when you get in so you have something to munch on waiting to be served. One Iced tea and water, our bill was $34.82 not including tip.

I am a repeat patron. Easy access and plenty of parking. The new theater and dining complex across the street creates some competition.Easy going restaurant with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The layout is fun, the action not as much.Limited choice in craft brews, varied menu, with something for everyone. The entrees were sizable and we skipped desert.
