Our culinary experience is performed over a remarkable open kitchen where the integrity of the food embodies bold and honest flavors while focusing on the purest ingredients in the Rocky Mountain region. At Buffalos, there is a sense of comfort and contem
Stopped in for what used to be one of the best burgers in town. The Ritz is a stunning mountain lodge and Buffalo's has a cool lodgy feel. Something changed this year. Service was impersonal. Checked in and was told a 10 minute wait. No biggie. Our party of three sat directly in front of the hostess. We were the only ones. 15 mins later, we received a text our table was ready. Hostess never looked up. Again, not a biggie, just a little strange. Ordered burgers, three of them with bacon (yum). Staff was friendly. The waiter told us the burgers had to be at least medium. Okay, three medium burgers with bacon. All orders came out wrong and all were well done. The manager asked how it was, we were honest. For $30 a burger, they were dry, thin patties, and overcooked. She apologized and informed they were always well done. huh? The waiter said differently. She bought us a drink and left us with a $90 bill. The waiter avoided eye contact. Not what we expect from the Ritz. One of our party got sick after leaving the restaurant. Go anywhere else for burgers and hope they get back on track. Dear kris941, Thank you for providing your honest feedback on your recent meal at Buffalos. Provided the highest level of service is our priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. The experience you described is not characteristic of the level of service our associates strive to provide and so I have shared your feedback with our food & Beverage team so that we can improve. Please let me know if you have any additional comments.Sincerely,Nicolette CartadeQuality AnalystThe Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor [email protected]

No substitutions and no changes!! No ânormalâ eggsââ but, great big cup of tea!!! Asked for eggs with avocado (on menu) WITHOUT balsamic vinegar. Dish came out with balsamic!! Sent it backââ secondstyempt: eggs over cooked and the tomato slices still had balsamic vinegar on them. Not coming back here as it wasnât busy and itâs inexcusable to get order wrong then act like it was my fault.

To my chagrin, I have been witness to the slow and steady decline of this restaurant over the past ten years of my ownership at the Park Hyatt Residences, Beaver Creek. On my most recent visit tonight the restaurant was nearly empty, despite it being the busiest holiday week of the Summer (first clue that something wasnât right). I had my Ceasar salad, appetizer and halibut entree all delivered at the same time by different servers (waiter was no where to be found), while the other five members of my dining party watched. I ended up having the appetizer shared with the others (I never got a bite) while I scarfed down my salad. When the entrees arrived, I was treated to the dried out halibut that sat out under the heat lamp for 15 minutes. When my desert arrived (late), it was without the promised huckleberry ice cream, because they forgot that it had run out. In any other restaurant you would find a very apologetic manager offering to compensate for these errors, but in this case I was lucky to get my check - minus a pen to sign. It took 15 minutes for a waiter to arrive with a pen, since my waiter was too busy entertaining in the bar most of the night. My advice - do as I will from now on - avoid this restaurant from here to eternity, like everyone else apparently does.

Everything was great at this restaurant in the middle of Beaver Creek! The chips and salsa were great, the margaritas were so good, and the enchiladas were great! The menu is typical Mexican. Outdoor patio is nice in the summer; and it's a great place to take kids!

Serving contemporary American fare in a friendly and comfortable setting, Black Diamond Bistro is located in The Charter at Beaver Creek at 120 Offerson Road.
We landed here for dinner after a day of skiing and our ski instructor did not give it a great review. However, we loved it! Pizza was fantastic to start and we were very slow in ordering our meals. We just wanted to soak it in and enjoy a nice long dinner. We never felt rushed by the staff and everything we had was delicious. Also, much less expensive than most places at Beaver Creek.

Located in the Lodge at the Avon Center
Good if you want reasonably priced, typical western fare. Burgers, southwestern style food (enchiladas, tacos...) salads and soups are the main draw. Everything we had was fine although service was a bit slow! Reasonably priced given Avon location where prices are somewhat high. Not much ambiance just basic decor. Convenient (walking distance) to many of the hotels/timeshares in Avon

We met our adult kids here for lunch during a ski vacation. The pub type food was very tasty, nice selection of beer, quiet atmosphere, friendly responsive service, and better prices for lunch than "on mountain" stops. No hunting and hunting for a table big enough to seat all of us and worth the trip back to the village for an enjoyable experience. Definitely would recommend for a lunch spot in the village. I would try again for Happy Hour the next time I am in Beaver Creek.

Like all Americans, the cuisine at the Blue Plate, Avon CO has ancestors from around the globe. They call their world-inspired food "Americana cuisine."
My wife and I went here on a Friday night,The tapas menu was very enticing with more appealing items than we needed. The wine menu is extensive and fairly reasonably priced, especially since we received a twenty percent off season discount on the wine. The soup of the day was excellent, the service was more than adequate, the only drawback we had was the caesar salad was the worst I've ever had. Easy solution, choose the Greek saladThanks for the feedback, John! We'll take your suggestions to heart.
