Not been here before, but now twice in 2 days. The service is fantastic and Alberto and the staff are wonderful. Considering how high end this bar is it is very cheap for drinks compared to other bars in Bardolino. Speak to Alberto and he will even try to get your favourite music played. Weekend has live music and becomes very busy. Now our favourite bar in Bardolino and will be coming again and again and again and again........

We found this bar by chance as we wandered around the pretty old town, seeking lunch. It is small and delightful in all respects. We ordered the local Bordalino Superiore red wine which was superb and came with nuts, crisps, olives and tiny salami sandwiches. A great start! The really friendly and smily waitress then brought our salads, which we found just perfect. The bill was low and the quality and satisfaction extremely high. Go there!

Went here the other evening to celebrate my friend Debbie's birthday. It is located on the main road of Bardolino (Gardesana) and have parking (very important during the summer season in Bardolino)The restaurant is very nice, luminous and bright. I loved the lounge music, not to high. We drank Lugana Otella and eat pizza (women tend to mix tastes!! :D). The pizza is excellent and does not "remain on your stomach" (as we say in Italy) during the night. Also very important, it doesn't leave you thirsty (another negative thing about some pizzas).Service very good, no fuss, but with much attention.Try the Petali dessert...a small chocolate cake, reminding in someway the famous Sette Veli from Palermo. Simply fantastic!!Rest rooms downstairs, very clean and spacious !!

There are numerous places to eat in Bardolino. I chose to check out some of the backstreets which lead away from the busy lake front eateries and came upon the Spriz Bar. Situated on the Piazza Bettaloni. It was about lunch time so my husband and I sat down outside the restaurant and were presented with a menu by a pleasant lady who took our order. There was a nice mix of tourists and locals enjoying a drink and food. We went for a Margarita Pizza and a warm Tuna Piadina which is a traditional Italian flat bread. A couple glasses of Bardolino wine went down well and all for 17 euros. Good hospitality, good food at a great price.

This was a fantastic place to eat by the lake. It was right near to the hotel we were staying at and we visited a couple of times during our stay. The food was lovely and fresh and extremely generous portion sizes. I recommend the pizzas they were delicious! Loved the food and the atmosphere and was very good value too.

Disaster! Where is this American dinner!??...this was not american diner!!! Pizza with no taste, lasagne disaster and kebab that kebab has never seen? Very bad food..very bad. The juices were ok, but the beer and wine were of a seemingly inexpensive quality. I'm sorry the money we left there. Staff also uninterested. We will not come backDear Ana, we try every day to make the best for our clients. We control always all the food that we serve (for us is really important the freshness and the quality) that's why we will try to understand why your dinner was that bad.

Great location, good reasonably priced food and drink and THE BEST staff with a special mention for Max and Yoania, who not only provide excellent service but are very friendly and great fun too. It was my birthday and unprompted they brought a lovely dessert (with candle) to the table and sang âhappy birthdayâ! Weâve enjoyed every visit and will definitely return.

First visit to cafe restaurant Alla Vecchia Osteria was mid morning warm welcoming and good value for money. Inside is small with few chairs. The small wooden posters of whisky distilleries in Longmorn and Keith in Morayshire Scotland reminded me of being proud to be a Scottish Glaswegian I visited earlier two days later and couldn't get a seat Says it all. !
