Stopped here on way to concern at rsl. Staff were very accommodating and drink and food service was impeccable. Food is pricy but they offer options for all budgets you don't need to order the expensive meals. What we had was great but beware of the chilli on the cauliflower ha ha. Only down side was hottest night and they had the door open for guest dining outside so aircon was struggling. Would recommend trying. Hi kazmac22,Thank you for the lovely review of our restaurant! Our steak and fish prices are a little higher as we only stock fresh local fish and premium meats which come at a higher price. We err on the side of quality!I remember the chilli cauliflower and our chefs have pulled back on the spice for all the non-chilli lovers! Not a bad pub. Not too noisy, and decent atmosphere. Also has some nice beers on tap as well. Didn't mind it at all.

This is a great pub that serves all the Aussie staples in a pleasant outdoor seating area. We each tried the $10 lunch specials - rump steak and calamari. The steak was tasty and the calamari was tender. The beer was also cheap! This is a good value option for lunch in Ballina!

There is a lovely garden area in front of the bar that goes down to the water. There are also large umbrellas to sit under too.The bar/restuarant does not have a lot of atmosphere though.

This place is within a small shopping centre, so there's lots of parking for dinner. It has wheelchair parking directly outside one of the entrances from the shopping car park. Venue is wheelchair accessible but not sure about toilets as they were not used needed on the night. Tried for the 1st time recently & agree with other recommendations that this is the best place for steak. they know how to cook steak & I had the medium-well done and they did it perfectly. The whole meal served with chips and salad was fantastic. Good family place, very casual, friendly atmosphere, staff were very friendly. You have to place & pay for your order at the bar, but they bring your order to the table. All drinks purchased at the bar, no table service for drinks. Kids play area outside & also a few retro arcade games inside & they had an entertainer in the alfresco area when I was there.Thanks so much for the review Audrey! Had a really nice Brekky here with a large group of friends. Service was quick and excellent, prices reasonable and all meals were very generous in size and presented beautifully, They all looked delicious I was envious of all the dishes that came out. Mine tasted good but just lacked a little something to give it that 5 stars. Would def come back as was better than expected. Nice outlook on the River too
