This is everything you expect in a real beach restaurant: Right near the water's edge, tables on the white sand all under cover from the sun, friendly staff. We ate a lunch that was very reasonably priced. Choices: Tuna baguette (good), chicken baguette (beyond delicious), and a burger (very tasty), but would love to come back to try the fish specials. There is something here for everyone. Just sit back, relax and enjoy where you are and the chance to eat something fresh, tasty and flavourful that's not outrageously priced.

Went for lunch twice while staying at The Esmeralda. Recommend their pizza. Thin crust, generous toppings. Beach is beautiful.

We are a family of five, youngest 9. They had something for everyone. Service was good. We were early and it steadily filled up. This is more like bar food (burgers, ribs, tapas, salads and a few seafood options). Itâs an outdoor place just across the street from the beach. So, its a pleasant patio environment. We considered going back but there are many good restaurants we wanted to try.

Dropped in for a night cap at the zenith right on the beach in grande case on the island Sint Maarten. Rainbow bar that's open to everyone. The recommended house special was pretty tasty - a little like Canadian ice wine. Beach resort prices and friendly French staff.

We had lunch here twice in the same week. The service is unpretentious perhaps even friendly. The atmosphere is very casual but high quality. Restrooms are clean and the lounge chairs are comfortable. We ordered both specials and off the regular menu. I would recommend having whatever the specials are-you won't be disappointed.

We had a fabulous lunch here with a friend. We met Bruno and his wonderful staff, Coco and Mary and Brunoâs son. We shared 3 appetizers. Guacamole with great chips, spring rolls and deep fried haddock balls. I had a wonderful poke bowl, hubby had tuna and our friend had a burger. The men had martinis and a glass of wine. Iâm boring, I had sparkling water. The restaurant looks wonderful with a turquoise and white color scheme-my favorite color. So happy to see Orient Beach coming alive again. Thanks, Bruno, for a delightful afternoon.

Dine and relax in style right on a beach. Have you ever dreamed about a restaurant in style located right on a beautiful beach with turquoise waters? Well, Kontiki Beach is the one. Beautiful modern style, clean grounds, fantastic staff, wonderful menu and relaxing experience. Located on Orient bay at St. Martin. Brush off your French language skills and chat with the staff that greets you with a handshake. Relax with a beer/drink in your hand watching the waves.

Returned to Orient Bay last week for holidays & was pleasantly surprised to find that Sun Beach Clubber has opened a restaurant for dinner in the Orient Village Square (where Little Italy used to be located). They also just opened a small beach bar on Orient Beach. Yann & Laurent seem to be managing the âNightâ restaurant while Teo is managing the âDayâ beach bar. We ate a couple of times at SBC Night. Not a huge menu - but good food. Zucchini salad - frog legs appetizer - duck salad. All very enjoyable. The new SBC Day is a very small beach bar. They have some chairs & umbrellas to rent - but drinks & food are very limited - nothing like the previous version. Two chairs & umbrella are still $20. They are currently using a cooler with ice to keep drinks cold. Food is limited to a few sandwiches from a local village restaurant. But - service is still great & Teo is a great host. We stopped by almost daily during our two week stay. So happy to see businesses starting to make a come back!

I only visited the beach and had drinks, so this review is basically for that. Drinks are average, however the vibe is amazing young and not-so-young crowd mixed in. If DJ is playing the music is great, service is as expected in this type of establishments (a bit slow)... hookas are offered if you are into it.
