Ann Arborâs most comfortable Democratic tavern! There is nothing like it. The beer, the Irish dishes and the comradeship is what makes this place. Oh, and also the trivia contests.

Of all the brewpubs in Ann Arbor, this is where we joined the Mug Club. Lots of lagers in all styles so fits whatever mood we're in. Also amazing nachos -- do get them with their own smoked, pulled pork added! Great vibe inside and out -- on Trivia night, when there's a band, or when there's Yoga & Beer. Order at the bar and they bring food to you.

dessous, located in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan on S. Main Street combines culinary influences from around the world, incorporating the diverse backgrounds of the people who have been part of this project over the years. Being extremely passionate about
Everything about our experience was upscale. When we arrived there was combo playing soft background music. The space is very modern and classy. The service was excellent, as was everything that we ate and drank. An example of the level of service: when I asked where the restroom was, the server (not ours) did not just point, but walked me part way there.

A trip to Ann Arbor isnât complete without visiting the cityâs first brewpub, Arbor Brewing Company. Situated in a historic building at Main and Washington Streets, itâs an award-winning pub that has been making its mark with craft beers and fine eats sin
The beer was definitely excellent - worth the visit alone. What surprised me was that the food was also very good. Selection was basic pub options (burgers and sandwiches), but with a little extra options like flatbread pizzas and specialty sandwiches. Overall an excellent visit, and very reasonably priced.

HopCat - Ann Arbor features 100 taps of craft beer and a full menu until close every night of the week.
Stopped in Ann Arbor on my recent epic journey from coast to coast (1) I was curious to see the town (2) I was killing time until my friend in Detroit got home. This is a large, bustling bar geared toward students. Many many beers on tap, and even some cider selections if, like me, you get a migraine from beer. Fun place, though I wouldn't go here for an evening of quiet contemplation.

When you want casual dining but still get high quality food, Red Hawk is the place. Slightly different take on your standard bar food. The food is always excellent. (I do miss the crab cakes. Wish they would put them back on the menu.) Good service, even when the place is packed, which it usually is.

This is a very welcoming place. Although very noisy, the booths can be somewhat less noisy and are the best places to sit. The bar is the next best place. The burgers, hot dogs, meatloaf and pastrami sandwiches are always terrific. There will be a daily homemade soup and chili and both are going be really superb. The fish and chips and fries are the best around. This is as good as it gets.

This restaurant is attached to Weberâs Hotel and has a great ambiance...beautiful full-length stained glass windows, chill music, and a varied menu with a full bar. Our waitress was a bit off her game but was sweet as pie and made up for her mishaps. The food was really good and the salmon was cooked to perfection.

Itâs been a while but happy to see great food continues to define Grizzly Peak. Servers hustle and help the experience for a pleasant dinner. Good selection of craft brew. Heads up- parking lot next door charges full hours so watch what time you check in. Our time was one hour, one minute and we were charged for two hours. Just make note.

Enjoyed every minute of this experience. Staff was very friendly & attentive. We chose to have our meal on the upstairs patio. The only downside is that the stairway is dark, & some people might have trouble maneuvering this area. The menu is great. Vegan, vegetarian, lactose free, & gluten free options are available. Parking can be problematic.
