We ate both dinner and breakfast here recently when staying next door at the Majestic Lion Apartments. Dinner was outstandingly good and excellent value for money. Breakfast was also good however we found the brioche buns too sweet and the hollandaise sauce overpowered the flavours of the eggs and ham hock meat. We should have ordered a different dish on reflection!

Walked in, promptly and efficiently escorted to a table. Order a glass of wine from the menu, and started perusing the menu. 5 minutes, ten minutes, 15 minutes. No wine appearing. I felt invisible.Figuring that since I am not getting served, and I appear to be invisible to the numerous staff walking past my table (I was on a high table right next to the entrance near the bar), I may as well walked out.I did.

Located up top as they undertake renovations on bottom floor is this affordable family friendly establishment. The highlight is their stonegrill menu that allows you to cook your own meat at table. The end product is mouth watering. The staff were extremely helpful at a very busy time.

All the staff were superb. So attentive, efficient and friendly. The overall service was excellent. We had the $70pp banquet - chosen by the restaurant. The food was beautifully presented, quite varied, many different sauces and ingredients used.... and the lamb finale was perfect. Not cheap, especially when you add wine etc but a real treat to experience. Music was probably too loud to comfortably talk during our meal.

Dropped by for a lazy Sunday afternoon for a few gin tonics and some tapas. Friendly service this time around, probably due to less pressure as there were only a few patrons when we visited. Great gin selection, very well blended cocktails, can't say the same for the platter we received this time around, disappointed for mainly bread and crakers, the meats were average, the cheeses were reasonable but two small mouth fulls, Would I go again, yes for atmoshere and drinks, we have had great meals here in the past, I'm sure this was just a slip up.

Having lived o/s for many years, we are still trying to get through all the new restaurants that have popped up in Adelaide and Udaberri had been on the list for some time. The primary reason we hadn't been game enough to try is that my other half lived in Mallorca for 13 years, so going to a Spanish restaurant and being impressed is quite a challenge...am therefore, also very aware that this makes us hard to please at times and can be quite critical particularly with this cuisine, so have to take my opinion with a grain of salt (of course!). That all said, with regards to the food, I actually enjoyed it - I just didn't find it to be particularly authentic. The ahem, expert other half, did not enjoy the food that much although he did admit that that was because he had high expectations - and hopes, so reading between those lines, I think he basically agreed with my summation. We shared a few dishes between the 4 of us, most of which are not actually on the menu published online currently - and being pregnant, I thought the waitress did a fantastic job of advising me on what ingredients were used in some dishes, and if they'd be ok or not for me to eat - plenty of options basically (I should say our waitress was actually excellent, especially considering how busy it was). I think the standout dish of the night for all 4 of us was the cheesecake - I'm not normally a baked cheesecake fan as I find the texture sometimes a bit too..."stick to teethy" if I can be permitted to make up such a word, but this was light, rich but not too rich, smooth, yum. Yum yum yum. We each had a piece and that says a lot after a decent meal!!Udaberri itself is a vibrant, buzzy bar, but I was very, very pleased we had been given a booth upstairs - a little out of the thick of it downstairs, we could hear each other speak, nice and comfy, but still good for people watching - eating or not, it's a great venue, however, the biggest disappointment for the table were the drinks...I very much enjoyed my mocktail, however the Sangria (of which yes, I did taste - I am allowed a taste!), was literally fruit juice with an undetectable splash of red wine for colour, and given a whole carafe was consumed by a friend who can barely cope with more than 2 glasses of alcohol, she managed the lot and was stone cold sober afterwards. The boys had a vodka and a gin each to start, neither of which even smelled like there was any alcohol in there either - and I do have super smell at the moment! The wine list was good though so they were happier once they switched to that...can't really say what was going on there, but...perhaps the bartender decided since I'm preggers, no one should be consuming alcohol on our table?? Overall, would I go back - probably, but would set the expectations to a different setting.

At Bread & Bone, we specialise in the unmistakable flavour of a wood grill to deliver some damn fine burgers. We also use the wood grill for steaks and ribs, as well as dishing up tasty hot dogs and fried chicken. Located upstairs in the tunnel between Pe
Down an alley and down an alley searching for and locating the Bread and Bone Grill is worthwhile. We visited there on a Monday night and it was super busy. Got bar seating and looking at kitchen. Very cool. They sure know how to prepare and cook burgers. I had a soft shell crab burger- super delicious. Great drinks list. It is very popular and not too much space inside- slime alley side dining space outside. If you are looking for comfort food go here.

The Gallery boasts the largest rooftop garden in Adelaide, featuring ever changing art exhibitions it is the perfect place to relax with a drink or have a meal looking out over Waymouth St.
We held our annual corporate event at The Gallery and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our event co-ordinators Alex and James were so attentive and accommodating, and assisted us with organising the event right through to overseeing all of the fine details on the night. The food was superb and the wait staff very polite and friendly. Cannot recommend this venue enough for your next event!

Totally delicious red wine in a very convivial atmosphere and great service. The honey, cheese and walnut were great , along with the potato cubes and baby squid. The only problem was the vension backstop with excellent jus - just wish it was larger for $18 as it was a weight watchers version - or had the deer been on weight watchers. Delicious but the portion was ridiculously small. I recommend the restaurant with glee but donât take the venison.

We make wine. We brew beer. We celebrate food. Victorâs Place is an operational winey, brewery and kitchen which is ideally located at The Gateway To McLaren Vale.
Fantastic food and great wines...we all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner choices and were impressed by the flavour combinations and presentation. We especially loved the crispy skin duck.....so tender and delicious!Victors Brewery has a lovely ambience ,very friendly staff and a great outdoor area too. Before we ordered our bottles of wine for dinner we enjoyed some tastings of Victor's wines....another little extra service....Try the coconut sphere on dessert menu....truly surprising !
