Pashmina takes you on an Indian culinary journey showing a vibrant, modern and progressive cuisine with trained chefs from India and great services.
It was out turn to organise food for our villa (about 12 family members in total), so we ordered this Indian restaurant to deliver. It came at exactly the time they said it would, everything was there for such a big order, and the food was lovely and warm. A little on the spicy side compared to some of the other Indian restaurants in the region, but still very nice. A little expensive, but wasnât too bad price wise, about â¬150ish to feed 12 of us.

I was told this was the best Indian restaurant in Carvoeiro and though I didn't visit any others to quantify this statement, I can say that Paradise Indian was very good indeed. It is on the main drag through town so I imagine it can get a lot busier than it was when I was there - just at the very beginning of the season, however there was ample seating both inside and outside, so I imagine you'd always have a fair chance of getting a seat.As far as the food is concerned it was very good. Comparable with some of the better Indians in Nottingham (with the exception of Haveli in Chilwell) and the service was very efficient. Again, I imagine this is in no small part down to the fact that we were pretty much the only customers.I am a coward when it comes to Indian food and always order a korma. They did not let me down, and made me a lovely spice-free, creamy korma that went down a treat. The dishes ordered amongst our group were varied and yet everyone seemed very happy with their meal. The prices were about what you would expect from an Indian in a tourist destination - by no means excessive. The decor was a little dark, but then I find most Indian restaurants tend to go for dark interiors for some reason. I don't know if anyone else has noticed that? When was the last time you saw a light, airy Indian restaurant?If/when I return to Carvoeiro, I will make a note to return here. It was decent.

Totally unhygienic place. Filthy quality. Unfriendly staff and management. They should be ashamed of what they give us to eat. Saw droppings around the toilet area. Tables were sticky Used below stale oil which was smelly in the starters. I wonder why would someone even give them one star. Looking at the managerâs replies, seems like he hates his job and copy and pastes lot of replies. One review I read, he replied, that he would have called the police, that shows up what kind of person he is. Mate, if you were in UK, your place would have been closed up and reported to environmental agencies. This review is the same as the previous two reviews from the same family. If the place was unhygienic, why did you stay? When you said that the oil was smelly why would you ever eat the whole dish and say that it was good? When the dishes and the plates return spotless, what does that insinuate? Mate, just accept your mistake that you didn't have enough money to pay us. Respect each other.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on a cold evening but were given a very warm welcome once we got inside. This is a fairly new restaurant just off the main road to the west of the Marina in the middle of a block of shops leading to the Ampalius hotel. Decor is contemporary with good lighting and a good atmosphere. The menu is quite extensive with all the usual culprits on board. As I have a problem with certain Indian foods, I cannot have anything made with either ghea or coconut milk and had to explain how I could have my food cooked. The waitress advised me that it would not be a problem.I ordered a Chicken Dhansak and the wife had a Vegetable Biryani. The food arrived in short time and was absolutely perfect. Superb taste, colour everything you require of good Indian meal. We had a great evening with great food and waiting staff. Many thanks
