Probably one of the best in Sulden. Food might be salted and oily, but it's ok if you have a walk afterwards. Especially because portions are really big. Good choice of traditional disches, all of them very good. Excellent pizza with wheat flour. Very good Pinot bianco as vino della casa! Great games rooms or trampoline for kids!

A very young restaurant, both in existence (just 2 months open) as well as young owners/service. Everything is focused on the guests to make them feel welcome.And then the food.... omg, this is really amazing. Every dish breaths taste and care for the ingredients. It is a step up from what you normally get at a restaurant, yet at a very reasonable price.Included was the nice butter with herbs and tiny pieces of bacon, followed with a small cup of broccoli-creme soup. Our main dishes were an amazing goulash with very very tender meat, carrot cream and red cabbage. And the stray pig with mustard crust (i will try this one later this week).Desserts were a piece of art too, really liked the fresh fruit that went with it. Wine was good, service was excellent and really cant think of anything to improve or change.Hidden gem, really surprised by the excellent food and kind service. A lot better then regular restaurants and if they keep this up, they will surely be part of the top-3 restaurants in Solda very soon.Thank you very much. :-)

Il rifugio Tabaretta , è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da Solda,per il sentiero 4. Una visuale bellissima ripaghera la fatica .Per chi ha gamba, si potra continuare fino al rifugio Payer che è ancora piu bello

Try to avoid weekends as it's very busy and it reflects on the service. Not bad but you sense the stress due to the masses.

Si tratta di una bella struttura, ma l'accoglienza e la disponibilità nei confronti del viaggiatore lasciano molto a desiderare... Anche il menù, per merenda era molto limitato, i prezzi in compenso sono piuttosto alti.
