Zirm brings fresh local food to the table. The daily menu is not large but all of the dishes were superb for our group of six. The service was also excellent providing a very comfortable evening. While a reservation is not needed the place is small, so best to call ahead on busy weeks.

The 4 of us were here a year ago and had a very nice meal and we were not disappointed this time. The speciality, tris canederli, was light as a feather and very tasty, the steaks were tender and grilled just as we ordered, rare, medium rare and medium. The service is friendly and personal, and while chatting with the owner at the bar before leaving, we were serve 4 schnaps on the house. We will defenitely be back, maybe already in the summer

Fun experience being a healthy mix of Italian and Austrian influence of language, cuisine and atmosphere. Our meal was very good and well served potato-mushroom soup, and cheese polenta with sausage and fungi. Our waitress was friendly and engaging and spoke 3 languages which made of a lot of fun. And of course the beer was good too.

Have you ever considered a holiday at Ortisei-St. Ulrich? It is a real pleasure : the amazing Alpe di Siusi-Seiseralm has breathtaking views and normally Italian food is deliciousâ¦. the weather was not good and at lunchtime, I decided with a friend of mine to eat in the restaurant Tubladel .Actually I eat very well in Italy, but this time the food was not good, I ate very badly and also my friend Hannah : my steak was burned and disgusting, her dish looked like an insipid porridge and the bill was very expensive.

Wonderful place, especially on a sunny day. I came by several times hesitating if it is worth wasting time for lunch. Finally I stopped there and it was really worth it. Although there are so many people the service is very quick (that was important for me), the dishes are very tasty. The next time I came to this area I didn't hesotate to stop and enjoy it there. Highly recommended.
