We stopped into Golfino's as we were driving by from one location to the next...we were looking for a snack...we ended up sharing a pasta dish and having coffee. The view is breathtaking! Service was friendly and our waitress was understanding of our time line. The table was tastefully decorated.Toilets are located immediately when you enter the front door of the building... turn left and go down stairs...turn left and walk towards the sign.

This was our third visit to the Juchhof, and as usual everything was perfect. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the restaurant food is excellent. There is a plentiful breakfast buffet, and good parking. Look forward to the fourth visit!

Directly on the way from Italy (Brenner) to Germany, this rural restaurant in a tiny village serves outstanding quality food in large portions and friendly atmosphere. The "Wiener Schnitzel" was tender, the tuna salad as fresh as in a good Italien restaurant and even the plaice was as fresh and juicy as in a seafood restaurant next to the coast. The "Kaiserschmarrn" was outstanding with raisins soaked in rum. They didn't charge for large quantities of tab water and in the end we paid 50 Euros for 5 main meals plus soft drinks. The restaurant was full of locals and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Edelweiss. The swimming pool inside and outside was a real winner with small kids. The rooms were spacious and there was a separate room for the kids. Nice!Only thing that I found a pity, is that the food for the kids was not really healthy (fries, chicken nuggets, baked potatoes, pizza,...), but then again they would give a small portion of the daily menu for the smaller guests if you you asked for it. Maybe adding some vegetables to the kids menu, rice or cooked potatoes would do the trick. Also, there was a possibility to smoke at the bar inside at the lobby - not so cosy if your kids are running around. For the rest, a good hotel to which we will possibly return in the future.

We stayed at the Post for 5 days with our son, to enjoy a winter holiday and to celebrate our 8 years anniversary as a couple. I have travelled extensively in Austria and have stayed in many 4 and 4s hotels, yet this one is truly one of the best. We could find no flaw. The room was beautiful, the room view breathtaking, the bathroom and amenities of 5 star quality, the pool that opens up to find yourself swimming by the snow an experience of its own. All three of us, including our 6-year old boy, could not have enough; a month has passed since we returned and my son keeps talking about the hotel and asks when we will return. The food was also of 5 star quality and so much that we really did not have the lunch offered, it was impossible to consume anything more between the magnificent breakfasts and dinners. One thing only that I would not agree on with others who have written a review, is the staff's overall personal approach to service. With the exception of the waiter that served us 3 out of our 5 days (l'm sorry that I cannot recall his name but he was exceptional) everyone was polite and helpful but kept a distinct distance. Perhaps it was just us, we were really tired and needed some space and perhaps it showed; nevertheless "personal" would not be the word I would use to describe service. To be absolutely fair, we generally do not enjoy a very "cosy" service so we didn't really mind the aforesaid, but I did want to point it out. Overall, the hotel's management - which is actively involved in everything, I noticed - deserves a lot of credit. We had an unforgettable vacation and we will certainly return.

In a recent stay in Ehrwald we were recommended this restaurant for dinner. It was a fine evening so we were able to sit outside. The service was excellent as was the fare. In short a memorable experience and we can only but endorse the recommendation.

OK, the decor is great, and beautiful view on the mountains. The cakes and the chocolates are delicious. But the food is so bland and badly prepared. At least these were our experiences with 7 different dishes. It's sad because Lermoos became a poor place for restaurants.Hello Mr. MüllerThank you for your honest evaluation, we are constantly trying to improve and take any criticism seriously.Too bad they did not like our food, we only use fresh local ingredients and everything is freshly made.We would be glad if you give us the opportunity to show you that we are a good restaurant.best regardsTheo Hofherr

The menu was reduced early at 1 pm and the upper floor was closed because it was "already prepared for the dinner guests". But: the Cheeseburger with Bacon was one of the best ever! ...and so huge...much more than a snack!
