My son told me about the big shed and compared it to Bentspoke in Canberra.Had a cheap pint of the F Yeah American ale and it was pretty good. The barmaid was very helpful and very friendly plus the music was very good. The food menu looked great with good priced burgers.Bought a mixed six pack to taste all the beers and the cherry cider. My favourite was the Kol Schizel (play on cold chisel). I really liked the beers and the atmosphere, it will appeal to all ages and it is not pretentious. If you like a great beer plus good burgers then this is the place for you.

Tucked away at the rear of Infinity Waters apartments and overlooking the lake. Lovely locally patronaged cafe which is also licensed. Great coffee and lovely fresh small meals or tapas which are a little bit different. You feel comfortable here whether with family and friends, on your own or with a newborn. Everyone is welcome. Thanks for your great review Shona. We look forward to seeing you again soon â¤ï¸

Part of the Lake Resort Hotel
Food is average although the menu has now changed since becoming Knots Landing. More choice and more interesting. Roast and salad bar are good and most people enjoy this. Enjoyable restaurant that caters for most tastes including Asian and Australian. Always find something to eat here

A Beautiful Newly Renovated Hotel, Pokie Free, Child Friendly and a Great Place to Hold your Next Function. Open 7 Days a week, for Lunch and Dinner(exluding Sunday evenings) with Breakfast on Sundays. Kids Eat Free Tuesday to Thursday. Great Happy Hours
Attending a job site in the area, my colleague and I decided the give the British a try, given neither of us had ever been there.Located right at the southern end of the Birkenhead Bridge, there is plentiful parking between the pub and the Port river. We were warmly greeted and invited to sit anywhere we wanted. Both of our meals were excellent, and the serves were quite large. Traditional pub lunch options as well as a couple of South African influenced dishes as well. There would be river views from the function spaces upstairs. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

If good coffee, friendly service and the idea of a Secret Garden appeals to you, then head to Sarahâs Sisterâs cafe on Semaphore Road.Really warm, friendly service, great coffee and lots of quirky fittings, fixtures and nic-naks tucked here & there. The rear room very cleverly looks out, through big glass windows, into the plant section of the adjacent garden centre.A little hidden gem on Semaphore Road.

Small family dinner to celebrate my birthday. We started with a glass of sparkling pinot from Tasmania it turns out. A non vintage âPirieâ easily able to compete with Mumm & Moet but much in price. Both daughter and I had steaks (hers blue and mine rare). Excellent cuts and cooked to perfection. Table service was superb and the sweets to die for! An excellent culinary experience, a well sourced wine list and worth every penny with atmosphere to match.
