Awesome little cafe in the heart of Bellingen Using lots of locally sourced organic produce and beautiful Will & Co Coffee
Freindly staff and great service. Lovely spot off the main road. Now with more seating outside due to an extension of the footpath. Great range of food and great specials.

Just off the main street in Bellingen, Cedar Bar & Kitchen is housed within the recently renovated 'Old Church' at number 8 Church Street. The food concept is a relaxed take on local, simple ingredients, with regionally sourced proteins and local fresh pr
We turned up on Fatherâs Day with our 4yo triplet boys without a booking and were greeted warmly, given an excellent table for the family to enjoy. The food was great and boutique beers too! Service was a highlight. They even brought a basket of kids toys to the table to entertain them. Bravo and Thank you Team Cedar!! Cheers,Scott Crank

Casual European eatery with the kitchen headed by Swiss chef Renato Silvestri. Renato endeavours to use the vast array of fresh local ingredients in his menus. The coffee served is Di Manfredi which has become a popular choice in Bellingen. The Fennel See
Great spot on the pavement just off the Main Street. Very busy too. Advertising board says best coffee in Bellingen but find this hard to believe. Service really slow for coffee and both had food at least 4 / 5 minutes before coffees arrived. Lemon tart was tasty but nothing special. Bacon and egg burger was definitely the highlight here. Generous portions of perfectly cooked tasty bacon and two large fried eggs. Excellent sauce and chiabatta style roll too. Highly recommend the burger but the rest was just OK.
Just off the Pacific Highway 20 minutes south of Coffs Harbour, the historic heritage Ocean View Hotel lies in beautiful Urunga. Overlooking the Kallang & Bellinger rivers, the hotel offers guest accommodation, full bistro & dining restaurant, Pub Pizza,
Tuesday night is trivia night at the OVH and it attracts quite a gathering. Dinner special is roast of the day but the menu is diverse, from burgers, salads, seafood to steak and veges. Friendly atmosphere and huge back deck make this historic pub worth a visit.

Ordering Salmon with creamy mashed potato and vegetables, It was disappointing that the mashed potato was Deb mashed potato. The salmon was very nice but that was about all. The vegetables (broccoli, Cauliflower & carrots were very plain and tasteless.
Pomegranate Cafe was recommended to me by friends who had had lunch there and raved about how good the food was.I bought a coffee but no food as to be honest it didn't look "special" but that is not to say it wasn't delicious. The coffee was very good, though possibly a little on the cool side. The service was good despite the business of the cafe at the time and it was full which is also a good sign in my opinion. It is somewhere I would return to, happily

My last review was just a trifle negative but I'm pleased to say that this restaurant is back on top again following my lunch experience yesterday. Without doubt the Chinese food served here is better than any you'll find between Kempsey and Coffs Harbour. When it comes to their ingredients, flavour, presentation and size of serve they are tops. In my mind the first three are incredibly important. This review only applies to the restaurant's Chinese food as I have never chosen anything from their extensive European cuisine menu.

We visited this cafe twice during our short stay in Urunga and were very pleasantly surprised at the very high quality of both coffee & cake for a small coastal town. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointed in this restaurant, we were a table of 6 on a Friday night at 6.pm. Staff was friendly but the service was quite slow had to ask for the menu. Three of us ordered pasta Spaghetti Marinara, Meatballs and Spaghetti and Creamy Chicken Boscaiola and the pasta was quite dry, no sauce and no taste at all, couldn't even see the parmesan cheese that is usually on the Boscaiola. We thought wines were a bit expensive for what the food we experienced was. We won't be going back!

Caught up to a friend at what she called her little local restaurant... we drove up from Port Macquarie to Urunga and found this unassuming little restaurant beside the river... settled in to great water views watching fish and water birds entertaining us as we feasted on fresh seafood cooked perfectly. We started with lovely cold NZ savignon blanc and icey cold 150 Lashes beer while we agonised over the tempting menu.I had one of the specials, a Red Emperor fillet in Red Thai curry with a great selection of fresh vegetables, the other two meals were the Anchors Seafood Plate piled high with fresh and cooked seafood, and the Anchors famous fish and chips, crispy fillets in golden batter and fresh crunchy chips. You would think there was no room for dessert but one of us managed the chocolate and caramel mudcake with icecream and cream... washed down with rich hot coffees.Even though its 1&1/2 hours away... it was definitely worth the drive and one we will do again! The team were friends and nothing was a problem. They made us welcome and looked after us ensuring we had a lovely day.
