This is a new style Oporto outlet that is more open with table service. Standard Oporto menu items but there is more attention to clearing tables and keeping the restaurant presentable. There is a choice of inside and outside seating as well as take away. This is a pleasing change and the service is friendly and quick. Overall a good experience.

The food is well prepared and best described as 'homely' with a modern cafe style finishing. Though the food is slightly priced higher than other local cafes, the quality of the food surpasses value for money. Definitely a cafe that looks at quality over quantity and makes you full but not in that unhealthy-overeaten feeling you get at fast food outlets. I'd recommend their freshly squeezed juices and brekkie menu! The atmosphere is quiet (other than the hoons along Auburn Road making a racket with their car exhausts) and the furnishings are quite urbanized and has a hipster look to it, with wooden panel tables and a wooden finishing to the front cabinet (which I was told was from recycled train track wood). The cafe is small however when I was there it got filled quickly with families and local workers having lunch. The service was good and I felt taken care of with meals prepared on time and coffee was also nice (compared to other coffee retails around Auburn). As I am on a diet there were a few things on the menu that I had to resist temptation from such as the waffles and the sweets in the display. I would recommend this place, even for dessert after having a kebab down the road, or even for lunch/dinner/dessert. Will definitely be returning!

I went here with a friend for a catch up with a friend, the selection of cheesecake flavours was definitely not the usually offerings. I would have like to have seen some more traditional flavours, but the chocolate cheesecake that I had was very delicious. The staff were very friendly and didn't try to move us on even though we sat in the cafe for 2 hours.

My business colleague and I recently attended the 2019 AIMEX Mining Conference. Rather than the food hall offerings at the Show Ground we decided to return to our accommodation for some lunchtime contemporary dining at Bacar Restaurant â Pullman - Sydney Olympic Park.Self-claimed one of the best restaurants in Sydney, the stylish Bacar Restaurant and Bar. Great service once again. Second time we've been here and they have been great both times. Attentitive and friendly waiters, quick service and great quality meals. We love the Kids Eat Sunday deal! It's got the usual huge bar/bistro/entertainment areas with pokie music in the background. The entertainment was good though and the dance floor was spectacular - it had old couples reliving their wedding, aging lotharios romancing the Filipinas, semi-pros setting the standard, and 15 Chinese doing formation dancing. For some, this must be the best dance floor in Sydney. The food sucks though. The prices are the highest that I've ever seen at a club, more than most pubs and restaurants and you can get better food for lower prices and have harbour views at the Kirribilli Club. The chicken tikka sticks were just two of them, chewy tasteless chicken with some pieces of cucumber and some sauce, not even bread.

Thoroughly enjoyed delicious baked eggs & chorizo (shakshuka) with a tomatoey sauce that my daughter kept stealing with her bread. My other daughter had French toast with rhubarb, which was such a treat that weâll be rushing back soon. Lovely friendly vibe and hugely popular for good reason
