Welcoming hospitality. Great coffee and gourmet food selections make this a must see place when next near Barmera. Check the opening times before you visit.Stay and relax. This is rivertime so sit back and enjoy the time to slow down.

Woman in office (owner) was sour faced and unhelpful, rooms were very average. Tavern across the golf course was vibrant, with happy staff and great food.

This place was recommended to me by a local. I called in for a late lunch & it was absolutely charming. As it was a little cool on the day, I sat inside by a window with views across a garden to the wooden playground & mini golf. Entre and wine was served quickly. This space was so enjoyable I stayed longer reading my book & enjoying their home grown wine. If I lived closer, I'd be a regular. I returned later that day for a take away pizza. They also sell homemade cottage products like handcrafts & lavender products.

We had 3 meals at this bistro which is part of the Berri Hotel and overlooks the River Murray .We ordered the Penne pasta all for no and Hungarian goulash. The pasta was excellent, served all dente, hot, and an tasty sauce.The goulash was just average, little flavour, and mainly made up of carrots and potatoes.The service was quick and friendly and the setting overlooking the River was lovely. Prices were reasonable so if you are in Berri any time give this bistro a try

After reading the reviews my wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way to the Riverland. Yummy food and great service didn't disappoint!

We stopped by for lunch/snacks and were happy to see that they welcomed dogs, a lovely staff member even brought over water for our dog! I ordered the chicken souvlaki and greek salad, hot chips and milkshakes for the children, a hot chocolate, and the children ordered some sweet snacks! The food was brought out promptly, the rocky road was huge! It was such a generous serving! I enjoyed my chicken and greek salad, the chis were also fresh, hot and tasty. The hot chocolate was delicious and the children enjoyed their milkshakes. We'd definitely return here and highly recommend this cafe to other families (with or without their furry friends!).
