You know when you walk in a place that says bakery and they serve fish and chips you're in trouble.Generally indicates that the business has not only lost it direction but its quality has been compromised.Anyway, we continued with caution and played it safe ordering a Sausage roll, well. There was more Salt in it than a salted pool, must of been a preservation mechanism. It is also not nice to report that the service was far from decent, rather sloppy one would say, almost like it was an effort. Can really see why this guy was the only one in the shop, sad as the baking industry is dying in this country, and operators like this would blame the supermarkets, as opposed to getting there direction back, and having some willingness and commitment.
This is one of the worst. Never clean. Never get what you want and the staff haven't a clue. The staff having to run through the restaurant to get to the cars is ridiculous.Hi 51vonda,I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had. Would you be able to provide me with the date you were there? I would like to follow up with the managers who were on as this is not to our standard.Hope to hear from you,

hotel bit tired but the food in the restaurant was great. had the salt and pepper squid. it was soft as, and it tasted great. followed with a side salad and chips with aioli.Nice meal
Great coffee and fresh food in a friendly atmosphere easy parking and open every day
With my Mrs here in hospital she's delivered a coffee most mornings from this internal cafe in the hospital. The only problems that we've had from this cafe is when the owner made a latte and was full of frothed milk and was like lifting a few feathers. And the milkshake my partner had she found quite watery. But the service here is makes up for the shortfalls that are listed above.Always a smiling young attendant will greet you, or at least they did with myself.

The service here is very friendly and the menu is extensive. Lots of tables so you never wait and the prices are very reasonable.

If you like real, home cooked vegetarian food, the Red Cafe never disappoints. Ever varied delicious salads, interesting bean and lentil burgers, wonderful soups and tarts, an occasional curry and a great range of home made cakes. Prices are very reasonable for this real, local and super nutritious food and locals soon learn to bring cash only. Enjoy.

Having been overseas for a eight week period and craving some good Asian food, one didn't have the pleasure of eating here. But on entry for a drink you are greeted by hospitable staff. And the front bar seems to be a good place for a good meeting point for mates to meet and chill, and enjoy a beverage or two.Had the misfortune of losing $10 here through there pokie area, but at least it was clean and well looked after. If alcohol was enjoyed by this guy this would seem to be a pleasant place to consume it.ENJOY,!!!

OMG welcoming friendly staff great service, locals ordering and fellow tourists.the pizza dough was fresh light and tasty, seafood was ample and meat pizzas were tender. ate inside in the evening as it was raining and the next day out out in lovely lil al fresco courtyard.Do yourself a favour or maybe a flavour.... get in and support a business that employs locals that are working hard to show the Bega country charm and deliver genuine service.will try the Ribs
