Cupbop, which serves Korean BBQ in a cup is located in the Valley Fair shopping complex, and has easy parking just to the west of the restaurant. Basically, they take sweet potato noodles, rice and vegetables, mostly cabbage, and top it off with traditional bbq meats and sauces. You order at the counter and pay after you have made your selections. The last step of the ordering process has you choose the heat of your sauce on a scale of one to ten. Five just barely registers any heat, but ten in inedible for me. Most Cupbop choices are around $8, but the servings are large and I always have some leftover for later. This is a big cavernous restaurant, so there is alway plenty of seating.

The restaurant was fairly quiet, when we arrived for dinner. However, the service was slow. I ordered spring rolls and they were a little tasteless. The noodles however were tasty and the prices were reasonable. My colleagues both ordered Pho Gan, which they both enjoyed. The place was not particularly clean and the restroom was dirty. The mirror looked like it had never been wiped.

Very clean restaurant the food is okay but seems pricey. I had never eaten at a noodles and company until this time I will definitely try the food again but it seems some what costly for a family to eat at.

We serve Ramen and other Japanese comfort food.
Iâve been here twice now and it is great. They serve authentic ramen with various ramen options along with delicious gyoza and decent sushi. I love the atmosphere as it is new, clean, modern with sprinkles of Japanese décor. The servers are friendly, helpful, and timely. This is a great place for a dinner date or a casual lunch. For being in Utah, this is a great find for authentic Japanese food.

Very good noodle soup and it's cheaper compare to all the other pho around the valley. Definitely would recommend.

The food is amazing! We went for the Dim Sum. Their are so many options and the prices are great! You can go by yourself or with a group and definitely get your moneyâs worth. I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed with the Dim Sum menu.

My wife and I just love this place for a variety of reasons. Number one: The hostess Nancy is phenomenal. Friendly, helpful (always remembers my wife doesn't like the green onions in her mushroom soup etc.) The servers are also friendly and helpful. The sushi rolls are also great, and there are MANY MANY MANY of them. Some of the best ones are off menu like the Big Mike, Mango Salad, Jalapeno Salad, or Sushi Hot Dog (no it doesn't have hot dog in it, rather it has Salmon, Mango and other goodness!). Best part is you can just ask the head sushi chef Ken to make you something good and he will create something new for you on the spot.Love this place!

Found a good sushi place open on Sunday night. Extensive choices on menu ranging in price from $5-$10. Got one $10, one $6 and one $5 and each one was really, really good. Unique flavor combos and excellent sauces. Generous sized rolls. Filled 2 of us quite well. Service attentive. We will definitely be going back to try other rolls.

I have eaten at other Korean restaurants, but Iâve never really enjoyed Korean food. This restaurant change my opinion 100%. The tofu soup selection is great. I was at a table of eight and a lot of us got different things so I was able to sample many different items. I had the tofu with mushroom soup and it could be a meal in itself. I did order a combo meal with something I canât pronounce beginning with a B and that was also great. Do not leave without trying the dessert. It is sort of like shaved ice only they use some sort of frozen milk. It melts in your mouth and it is so great after eating spicy food. I really love tofu and I enjoyed all the taste of the flavors of the different items at my table. The decor also very upscale. We werenât packed in elbow to elbow as is common in many Asian restaurants. Food was served extremely fast. I would highly recommend this Korean restaurant even for those of you who thought they donât like Korean food.

Came for a business lunch and we all were reasonably satisfied, but nothing was outstanding, but pretty solid Thai choices.
