Things to do in Warragul
The closest place to this restaurant in Warragul for dining is 7 Noodles. Papa's is more expensive and offers in-house dining. But the vibe is definately similar. I had the pho style Vietnamese Noodles with pork and shared a serve of the dumplings (a specialty according to them). The Pork was quite large and chewy and over-cooked. The broth was on the average side of the equation. They didn't seem to understand when I asked for sprouts in the soup. I don't know what was happening here. lolThe dumplings were okay - just average though. I had a hard job differentiating between the types of ingredients. Service was okay, too.
On our way home, we decided to get take-away and try The Seven Noodles take-away shop in Warragul. The Nasi Goreng is really good. Just remember to specify how hot the chilli spices you want.Mild was good and still has a bite to it. Love their version of Nasi Goreng. Has mainly seafood and vegetables in a tasty curry flavour. You can eat at the bar on stools, but its mainly take-away.The menu has lots to choose from with the variety of noodles.Dim Sims are tasty and homemade.Would definitely try again.Open Tue to Fri Lunch 11.30am - 3pm.Open Tue to Sun Dinner 5-9.30pm.Closed Mondays.Cash Only payments.

We have been customers for many years and recently too and the food has been excellent, no complaints. However last Friday we ordered takeaway and it was not a good experience the Honey prawns still had shells and tails not easy or nice when they are battered trying to spit out shell and tails. Beijing Beef normally crispy was soggy and had a sour taste in the sauce. Dim sims were cold not steamed enough. We rang and told them and were promised feedback would go to manager and we would get some credit on our next order. They said head chef was away. However we went to order again and told no record of the offer and they would just give us a lousy 10% off our next order. Not interested have lost me.
A great place to eat and be able to socialise and hear your tables conversations! Prawn crackers on arrival. We shared two Entrees of Curry Puffs and San Choy bai with extra lettuce leaves to share. We shared mains which were all cooked perfectly-Salt and Pepper Calamari, Redang Beef and Green Chicken Curry plus Special Fried Rice. Well presented and full of flavour. BYO and total cost for four people was $81.00. We will certainly be visiting again.
if you like chinese then this is probably a good option. Nothing particularly vietnamese about this restaurant. Unfortunately they make excuses about running the air conditioner on a hot night??? Claimed that the aircons leaked - which isn't actually possible with a reverse cycle system, i think they are just saving $$$.

Saturday night dinner. Lovely ambience friendly staff. The food was tasty. Veggie Spring rolls fresh and crunchy. I had the chicken drummetts as a main meal with stir fried veggies which were both tasty. All all other meals were fresh and tasty. Kids meals generous. Loved the natural coconut juice

Tried this place for the fire time after being loyal Warragul Thai patrons.Their menu is extensive and has a few things on their that the other Thai restaurant don't have such as pineapple fried rice, tempura vegetables and fried tofu. We were satisfied with our meals and even though some of our takeaway order was missing, that was easily resolved. All in all, we will return.
This restaurant is a good Sushi restaurant and juice bar for Warragul. It is head and shoulders above most other Warragul lunch options. The Gyozo's are great. The sushi is reasonably fresh. You need to go to Melbourne before you find Sushi Bars better than this place. Highly recommended.

The Railway Hotel is a bar & bistro located in Queen Street, Warragul. The Railway Hotel has been newly renovated into a refreshingly beautiful venue whilst maintaining the heritage style from when it was founded in 1889.
Found this pub by accident. Have to say really enjoyed the service and food.Doesn't look much from the outside but looks can be deceiving.Great interior and atmosphere. Had ribs, lamb curry and the traditional Parma all were well portioned and full of flavour. Will be back.
