Place had good energy, friendly and accommodating server, and cozy seating out of the noise for the 10 of us. Food was fine (certainly not memorable), but really an Americanized version of Chinese/Asian food. Pricey for this cuisine, and smallish portions IMO. But, a nice alternative to the numerous Chinese/Asian buffets in Waco. Excellent hot mustard (for the otherwise fairly bland wanton soup). Not bad, just âmehâ ... like a Chinese/Asian Olive Garden â with a big city, almost chic, vibe. Nice looking bar area, and well stocked bar.

We had tacos from Club Sandwich while we were at Magnolia. They were delicious! The guy in the truck asked questions to help us make our decisions, steering us toward our choices he was so friendly and helpful.we definitely recommend them!

Great news if you like Poke'... Waco has it's first Poke' Restaurant. If you don't know what Poke' is, think a generous portion of Sushi served in a bowl instead of seaweed wrap. J-Petal lists asian style ice cream first, but their Poke' is the best. You can build your own, selecting from different ingredient groups: protien - salmon, tuna, crab, etc; rice - brown or sticky white; multiple sauces; veggies from cucumber, onions, seaweed, etc.. All can be eaten with a fork for chop sticks. Also easy to grab and go. Very fresh. Owners are friendly and eager to please in simple but functional decor. If you are tired of Tacos and BBQ, give it a try!

If you are a food snob or put off by appearances than this is not your place. It is just a down to earth, friendly and enjoyable place to get a greasy burger and outstanding oriental fries. Great value and will leave full and satisfied.

Took out one night when working late. Delicious dim-sum-like appetizer and potstickers. Great pineapple fried rice with chicken. Tasty noodle dish and veggies. Really good mango juice. Reasonable prices and good size portions. Lots of good Thai restaurants on my eating out list. This place had very good food, but somewhat indistinguishable from Chinese (and not really Thai-like) tasting; but perhaps it was my selections. Regardless, this restaurant should be on your list of Asian restaurants in Waco. .

Family run business and one of the unique places in Waco. We have been voted for the best Asian food in Waco for the past 3 years. Voted the best Pho and Bubble Tea in Waco. Good selection of the exotic Asian Beer and Sake. HAPPY HOUR EVERYDAY FROM 5PM TO
Dropped in for dinner at 8:40 pm. Table for one. Seated by the server that greeted me. Two minutes later, another server, âsorry sir, we stopped serving already,â but I could order to go. Really? Your webpage says you close at 9 pm tonight. I understand that there were only three tables occupied on my arrival. But, donât seat someone and then say you are, in fact, closed. And, if you stop taking orders or stop table service at a particular time, put that on your webpage. Very disappointing and not customer-service oriented. Iâm eating elsewhere and itâs just now 9 pm.
