The sushi here is ok. Nothing wrong with it. It is expensive considering the portion size but the floors in the toilet and restaurant were so dirty I felt sick. Not sure when they were last mopped. Yuck. It's unusual for s Japanese restaurant to be dirty like this. Never going back

It was so busy in Taihape we thought we'd try a different place. There was a Chinese group dining here and it smelled good so we thought we'd give its lunch menu a try.It is standard fare - fried rice or noodles, lemon chicken and usual wonton soup.I opted for fried rice. It was good enough but what was particularly good was the generous number of shrimps which were very fresh and tasty.
