We come here frequently for dim sum and had the opportunity to come here for dinner on a weekend evening and try out their dinner items. We enjoyed the General Zhao's Chicken, Salt and Peppered Pork Chops, and Shrimp Fried Rice. Very delicious and lots of left overs to take home and enjoy again. The prices are very reasonable and portions are large. This is a southern style Chinese restaurant. Service was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back more often for dinner! Their dim sum is the best this side of Rockville!

Dining atmosphere is a bit plain but certainly not off-putting. Soups and other appetizers are decent... edamame and small salads are fresh and crisp. There is a full array of sashimi, std. rolls and special rolls to choose from. The special rolls are generally priced from $7 to $14 with many in the $9 range. This makes it easy to get out for around $50 for 2 diners. Added bonus is the BYOB policy, which means you can each have 2 glasses of wine for about $8-$9 (or whatever you buy your wine for) vs. dropping $35 for 4 glasses like at other local restaurants. This is huge for those who prefer to imbibe alcohol with their meal. While the sushi quality may not quite be at the level of local high water mark SUSHI SONO, it is not far behind and still quite good. Many diners may not even detect the qualitative difference.Eating sushi is not cheap and can put a real ding in your eating-out budget. Eating at Yamahana mean you get to do it just a little more frequently without having to endure a significant quality drop in the process.Grade: A-

With three very good, very successful visits to Paper Lantern lately, they are now high and moving up on our go-to list. We have enjoyed various Chinese and Japanese favorites there, including sushi and sashimi, with family and friends, and with their wonderful service and pleasant ambience, it's a sure thing for us. Plus, it's so conveniently located and priced favorably well. Lots of good parking too!

Great service from nice people. Food good as well. Main choices are pastas (small or regular bowls) with wide variety of sauces and spices. Buttered noodles with meatballs (love the Korean ones) and Wisconsin Mac n Cheese are very good. You can add protein (beef, chicken, etc) for small additional cost. Sodas available from the counter or the automated Coca Cola thousand choice machine.

I don't live anywhere near China Dragon, but I will drive an hour for their food. Best shrimp fried rice, shrimp lo mein, great service.

I have always longed for a place that was not stuck in the same old 'Chineese' food choices. Enter Asian Taste into my life. A place I had for years walked by once or twice a month today found me stopping in. To my surprise and delight I find Red Gurry Sauce with choice of meat and Kimchi. They also offer brown or white rice. The food was good, I got the 'medium' Kimchi and feel like the 'hot' probably would hit the spot, but the cabbage was crunchy and the sauce had a great tang. The Red Curry was also top notch.

Jenny's our contact at Hunan Garden. Very friendly on phone and in person. Food is consistently great, hot, and on time. Usually within 25 minutes, often faster. Variety of selections of which I've never been disappointed. Ask for "extra spicy" and she'll make it so; even offering a cup of hots on the side. Always busy; a popular spot for the locals. Tables in shop but seldom used for eat-in. Other Chinese spots in Eldersburg do NOT compare.

Our first visit here turned into a really great meal! We have passed this location many times and the building has been remodeled since its previous tenant. Lucky for us we tried it.Our dinners were great - Teriyaki Shrimp and Teriyaki Salmon. They both came with white rice. I had the miso soup and my wife had a salad with our entrees. We shared a tempura banana for dessert. The restaurant has a big selection of beers and wines (I had an Asahi beer.) We sat at the bar since all tables were filled late on a Friday evening. Service was very attentive. Our food was prepared well, if a bit slow, but it is cooked to order and it was a very busy night. The interior of this restaurant is very modern with subtle lighting and multi-colored LED highlights. We remember this location as a Pizza Hut...what a difference! We will certainly visit again. Highly recommended and a nice addition to the restaurant scene in Eldersburg.

Havenât been in quite some time. Hibachi dinners were very tasty. Service just ok. They are very busy on sat night. Suggest a reservation. Steak dinners very tasty. Noodles as an add on are also good. Suggest a more robust quantity when ordering edamame Shrimp also very good and s nice size and quantity served. Sushi attractive but weâve had better.
