Friends took us here for a change of scenery. I had the happy family, which I thought was pretty good. My wife had the almond chicken and she hated it. She said the chicken was mostly grissle and fat and the flavor was bland. I took it home and ate it, but I'll eat anything. Not the best by far.

We have always enjoyed the dishes and consider them a very good Chinese restaurant in this part of the valley. We stopped in for New Years Eve, was about 4 pm so it was earlier, not overly crowded. However we were very rushed and moved along very quickly.Told lots of people will be coming in. Any people walking in that said they had a reservation were always told sit anywhere and were not checked off on any list or anything, so not sure about the so called, reservation. The dishes came out very fast and did get cold quickly. They have a very good menu and we see they do have family style meals now which are good values, along with daily combo meals. All meals are very fresh. They do bring to you some won ton pieces to dip in their sweet sour sauce for starters, a nice touch. We started with the 3 flavor sizzling rice soup, chicken, pork and shrimp. Came out so fast i could not get a picture of the waitress pouring the rice in the bowl. Soup was full of veggies, chicken, pork and shrimp. Good starter. Then we chose to share the Chicken pea pod, good flavors and very fresh also shared the sea scallop garlic sauce with black mushrooms. Again all very tasty and fresh. Steamed rice comes with the meals, i ordered fried rice, came out with brown rice , waitress went back and got me fried rice which looked the same as the brown rice, nothing was in the rice, just fried rice we paid extra for. Small cups of rice. We asked for tea, which is pretty much what they were giving everyone, the combo dishes that are 9.95 said tea came with it. Our dishes were priced higher than that on top of ordering a pricier soup and we had to pay for the pot of tea. Most places just give you the tea. Have to say the bus person was very nice, bringing beverages, he was asked often by others about some of the dishes and always replied i do not know anything about the menu and to ask the waitress. Maybe they should get him involved with the menu and maybe even help with waiting on some tables, He really looks like a very good helper there. We will keep coming here, but maybe not on New Years Eve.
Quite good, freshly cooked and served food. This fast food Chinese restaurant is, in my view, a better choice than many other buffet restaurant of this kind of food. No greasy, reheated, and "refreshed" dishes. I recommend it.

For carry out this cannot be beat. We ordered by phone and picked up at the appointed time. My husband got Kung Pau chicken and rice. I got edamame and a side of rice. We were very happy eating at home about 30 minutes later. This location is accessible from the parking lot that is behind the storefront which faces onto Bell Road, the main road. This is in a newer area of Surprise and we love visiting now that there are some new places to try. Also neat to know, this is owned by PF Changs and is a more casual format which is nice.Recommend!Look up menu online.Call.Go.Voila

Was visiting Phoenix and my friend suggested picking up Thai Food so we visited Line Tahi and the service ordering and picking up the food was excellent. The food was prepared to go excellently and the quality of the food was great. Would highly recommend and I can only imagine that the restaurant its self would be an great place to eat. I would for sure return and eat here.

I'm not fond of many buffets, but China Buffet in Surprise, AZ was better than most. There is a huge selection of items including typical Chinese dishes but also several seafood choices and a sushi bar. I was able to get a very good meal staying away from many fried foods. The sushi was constantly being made fresh. My wife isn't a fan of buffets so this was a guys thing on this trip. Next time she will come just for the sushi. I also had oysters on the half shell and peel and eat shrimp. I didn't try the crab legs. I also had some orange chicken and a few samples of other typical items found on a Chinese restaurant menu. There is a discount for seniors.

We had reservations for dinner which were not necessary. Sat outside which felt like we were eating in a parking lot. We had some trouble with language communication to start. Most importantly the food was just not that great. Disappointing since we generally love eating Thai food.

We really enjoy this restaurant for typical and diverse Chinese food at lunch, dinner and take out. First ate here six years ago and it has been a favorite ever since. Lunch is an especially great value! The owners have improved the restaurant and patio every year. The latest upgrade provides all new upscale decor and more space. Service is excellent.

Saigon Kitchen opened in April 2011. It is on Bell Road in Surprise Arizona. It is a great restaurant and should be added to your website!
This is our favorite go to place in Surprise. Never fails, always serves the freshest, and always has the great menu with so much to choose from. Get there during happy hour and they have lots of apps at great prices. This time we had the calamari , which was in sticks, had a bit heavier tempura batter which was tasty and the calamari was perfectly cooked, nice dip. Also had the Sweet pork spring rolls.Came with a liquid carrot vinegar type dip which we passed on and aske dfor their fantastic peanut sauce. ALso had the sizzling salmon platter, great flavor nice cook, however it did not come out smoking sizzling like other sizzling platters we saw. ALso had the filet garlic noodles. The garlic noodles are a big favorite, the filet ws nicely cooked to medium in a great sauce. I actually tasted the sauce mor ethan the garlic . They do take reservations and usually the card is on the table when you get there. We came in a bit before our reservation , did not have a table marked and the front person seemed a little lost. The staff was moving around setting up tables and things. We took a booth, however we did notice the one side of hte booth seat had tape on it maybe from rips. The server took quite awhile to come to us. When ours came by it was not the one that ws suppose to serve us, he had gone next door to get something to drink. Don't know what that was all about. Anyway, we had a great meal, Billy the server came around, took care of us and alwasy have a good experience here. Nice decor since they added on a couple years ago, the dining area is much bigger and the bar in the middle. ALwasy make a reservation, it does fill up. Take out also.
