It was a cold night and we just wanted japanese food. Here we were. Ordered a bento set which consisted of a little of everything. I took the unagi set while he took the teriyaki salmon set.Fresh salmon was good. Tempura was alright. He like the prawn tempura. Sushi was alright with right rice texture. No pickles. No raddish or ginger. Miso soup was a little too salty though. yet i finished everything. Price wise - $23-24Overall I like the bento set. Will I come again? Yes.

Great TripAdviser recommendation, could not have been happier. Well worth high rating.Staff friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is located in an old church hall. Clever fit out has resulted in a well laid out space with plenty of atmosphere and good acoustics.Food was spot on. Cooked to order, clean, well defined flavours.We had tasting plate entree, excellent, and a chicken main with fried rice. A really enjoyable meal.Just visiting Sydney but will try go back.Highly recommended.

The food was FABULOUS....!!! Unfortunately, despite the well-groomed and obvious experience in the wait staff, they were somewhat ambivalent toward us - each paying $240 for food alone one would expect a little warmth toward the guest....none...!!!As we sat, we were asked if we were celebrating something special to which we replied yes, we were - at no point did the ask what we were celebrating or if we enjoyed the course as it was cleared....just going through the motions of clearing and delivering the next course...!!! Scripted descriptions of the delivered food with zero interaction....!!Sadly, we had been looking forward to this dining experience for ages and we were extremely disappointed....!!!

One of the warmest and friendliest customer experience I had. Very professional server and welcoming service at the entrance door and out. They offer a wide range of vegetarian options, perhaps my choice wasnât the best, but I wasnât impressed at all: very salty and it arrived too quickly to be made on the spot. It wasnât very easy to digest at all furthermore. After the opinions I read here I had high expectations and I really wanted to give a nice review considering the nice service, but the food just was not at the level at all.

4 of us walked in without a booking on a Tuesday around 6pm, and were lucky to get a table. It filled very quickly!There is a reasonable, but not huge, menu choice. Itâs recommended to share plates, which we did.Some menu items (like duck) seemed expensive. Wine by the glass ($22 a glass for 250ml Chardonnay) is at the higher end too.Every plate was delicious.Service was excellent.Our overall bill (for 4) was $300 before tip, which was ok.Weâd eat there again if in that area.

Over the years we have been going to Atom Thai for all occasions, a casual after work dinner, for celebrations and get-togethers with friends and family. Everyone we have taken there have fallen in love not only with the food but also the warmth of the owner and the staff. Atom feels like home to us. The staff are always accommodating and courteous even at the busiest of times. I can personally recommend the Miang Goong and Salt & Pepper Squid for Entree, for main we love the Barramundi Salads, Pork and Beans, Seafood Volcano, in fact we have never had a bad meal at Atom Thai.Don't hesitate to book in and enjoy!We are very grateful for your patronage and your friendship, always very happy to see you and your family. Located opposite the Mascot Railway Station, this restaurant might be small in size but it presents a good-sized menu of Vietnamese food. While it has numerous traditional favourites it also presents a number of interesting modern dishes.Prices are reasonable & the staff are welcoming.Parking is available on-street.Recommended.

We had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and the menu was extensive. Great place for all varied Thai taste. The hospitality was fantastic and I felt very comfortable in a non pretentious special environment. Highly recommended for a special Thai dinner.
