This place was recommended to me by some friends. Small stripmall location. Nothing fancy. Simple menu, but what they make is very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely eat there again

Trapper's Sushi North Bend. Local Japanese chain featuring cooked dishes, specialty rolls & an all-you-can-eat sushi deal. Leave Feedback for our North Bend location and a member of the Management team will contact you. 320 SW Mt. Si Blvd, North Bend, WA.
The best all-you-can-eat sushi deal is in North Bend, Washington. Not all the fancy rolls are my cup of tea, but a) the green tea is the best I've had and b) I'm kind of a nigiri purist anyway, originally from Hawaii. I believe in small, one-bite sushi, not these gargantuan roll slices favored by Mainlanders who think they're sushi connoisseurs. Sushi isn't really supposed to be that big. You're supposed to be able to put the whole thing in your mouth one time.Anyway... My husband and I needed to fill up fairly fast before his North Bend Jazz Walk gig, and this all-you-can-eat deal was perfect. You have to order everything at the bar, meaning sit on stools, nowhere to hang your winter coat or put your purse. But that's a small price to pay.The appetizers alone are worth the $20+ per person. You can get a variety of tempura, edamame, cucumber or octopus salad, gyoza to die for. Then, there are a lot of sushi rolls and nigiri to choose from, including the back of the menu (ignore the lunch partâyou get to pick from both sides, even for dinner).I liked the sake (salmon) nigiri, nice and clean, very cold and fresh. I also like the Baja roll the best, which featured spicy tuna and avocado. Uncle Steve â spicy tuna, tobiko, green onion, jalapeno â isn't bad either. I looked for spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and spicy chopped scallop rolls, maybe even chopped hamachi, but they didn't have those. I would say that they tend to put a lot of sauce on the rolls, which isn't my thing. I almost went for a few other rolls until I saw teriyaki sauce or spicy sauce in the description. I don't like my sushi with sauce at all, just classic stuff. My husband dug his Dragon roll (shrimp and cucumber with eel & avocado) and shrimp and vegetable tempura, although we both thought tempura-ing a huge slice of green bell pepper was odd. Traditionally, they do broccoli, and they do smaller pieces of vegetables.Go here if you really need to fill up and you're craving sushi. If you're expecting fancy Japan-based, or Hawaii style sushi, though, it's not quite up to par. The staff are really really nice, though. The place is in a strip mall, behind the main buildings just off the exit. It's also a bit small, but cozy.
The staff for one was always so nice and accomodating. The menu was pretty large with a good selection of fish and mongolian cuisine. The restaurant has the view of Snoqualmie trees and mountains, so green and pretty.

The food here is average, and be careful of MSGs....but it's more in the way they handled a precarious situation....more than a simple goof. I found a rock in one of my dishes. A ROCK. I promise, I can't make this up. I bit down into a noodle/vegetable dish, and I'm really lucky I didn't loose a tooth. I'm happy to admit it. Back when I didn't know any better, some nasty junk found its way into my mouth that would have most on the hopper the whole next day....I had food poisoning several times when I was in college, and of course went back to the place only to get it again, maybe because I'm just a glutton for punishment....I've had bad meals at strange dives in years past....I've quaffed warm beer when I didn't know the f'n difference because it was 2pm and I was feeling no pain....I had rude wait staff sweat all over my food, and then they probably spit in it after I laughed about it....but I've never -- NEVER!!! -- bitten down on a rock in my meal. It was the size of something out of a fish tank.Oh, and for what it's worth, when teeth meets rock, the rock wins. Just something to consider. What's more is how they handled it. I reported the incident to them immediately, with two other witnesses at the table. They handled it totally inappropriately by bringing MORE of the same out. I tried to tell them I didn't want more of the same. They just didn't want to knock $$$ off the bill for the goof, however it happened. Still a mystery in how a rock ended up in my dish. I'm too creeped out to even speculate how.Needless to say, I haven't been back. And I never will be.
The food here is great! Usually we are ho-hum about the local restaurant fare, but this place is an exception. We normally order carry out, and the service is prompt, with good portion sizes and of course the food I delicious! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. If you like Thai food, this is a great option on the Ridge.

Himitsu Teriyaki is tasty! The food is always cooked properly, the teriyaki sauce is good, and they have the BEST edamame I've had on the Eastside. Not a ton of other entrees available (though they do have yakisoba, katsu and a few other things) but what they have is done well. They have plenty of seating, and the staff keep the place clean. It's one of our favorites in Snoqualmie, and we go back to it frequently.

Don't let the location turn you off! This restaurant, located on Snoqualmie Ridge next to the Shell station, serves up some of the best traditional Thai cuisine around! Friendly staff and outstanding soups, noodles and curry dishes make this one of our very favorite places in the area. Green Curry and Tom Kha are just two of our favorite dishes. Highly recommended!

You have to walk through smoke to get there. Cigarette smoke, not mustard gas. It's in a casino, what do you expect?? Wheelchairs are fine, kids are fine.staff- usually prompt, professional, and knowledgable.food- chinese? you'll be fine. Sushi? it's good. I used to work with a sashimi cutter. Absolute genius with a knife. Watched him slice up tunas for restaurants. Amazing skills. Anyway, I know sushi. They're good..The phad thai used to be bad. Now it's mediocre. Noodles are cooked to perfection. Actually did a great job. But the sauce- it's a basic home recipe that I've actually made at home. The other ingredients are fine. your sauce needs work. It is essentially the same as uwajimaya's deli recipe.with a few more ingredients. Actually Uwajimaya's original recipe was superb but their chef opened up a fantastic restaurant in seattle. So it has been downgraded. I've been eating pad thai for a long long time. But I digress. your sauce is a sauce in name. It's not enough yet to make it memorable or put it on someone's "must have" list. I don't think you guys get it. You have to rise up to meet the caliber of your view and space. My suggestion is to scout other restaurant reviews, find the items you also make, and replicate what people like about them.avoid the psychos that just use fish sauce and sugar. that is not phad thai. That's noodles, fish sauce and sugar.

I've been here several times over the last couple of years. The teriyaki here is yummy and the service is great! The lady is really nice. They also serve Chinese food, but I don't think it's very good. When I order to go the food is always ready when I get there. I've had a lot of teriyaki all over the place and I feel like this place is a bit pricey for teriyaki. I guess its probably because of the location. This place is also open on sundays. Most teriyaki places are closed on sundays. Overall great teriyaki with great service! Four stars for it being a little overpriced.

We are always on the look out for great Chinese and here we found it! The traditional offerings are large and fresh. They also offer some creative specials. The wine list is a bit sparse.
