Love the way this family serves all who visit..with smiles and courtesy, always attentive..and the food? Is our youth groups favorite place to go! Have never ever had a bad meal here. Wish the dining area was larger... we have had to go elsewhere on occasion because there was no more seating...and no waiting area.

I recently ate at this restaurant and enjoyed a Gen Pso's dinner combo. It was very good. My wife also liked her shrimp and vegetable dinner combo. it was served quickly and was plenty hot and was plenty for a second dinner. The restaurant is clean and on a Friday night had plenty of help. We arrived just prior to what seemed to be their busy time. There was only two tables occupied when we arrived but when we left there were at least a half dozen and a number of take outs lined up for pick up.Getting our bill took a little extra time as our waitress may have also been helping in the kitchen. The only turn off was that with the shades up on the front window I could see how smeared and dirty they were. for sure someone didn't know how to clean windows.Plenty of parking and no Wi-Fi.

Nicely decorated BYOB Thai restaurant in the suburbs. Staff are friendly and food comes out fast. Food was delicious! I highly recommend the Mango Duck if you love Mango â it came with sweet mango sauce that was superb! Duck was not dried out like other places either. The Coconut Calamari was tasty and not too chewy. Great find in the suburbs! If youâre in the area â try it out.

Just walking into this restaurant calms me. Something about the decor and the friendly service add an extra dimension to the terrific food. They offer wonderful varieties of curries, vindaloos and tikki masalas, and the Naan bread is the best. Prices are also very reasonable. I can't say enough about this outstanding restaurant.

I've eaten here several times. They are zagat rated and I'm shocked no one has put them on TA...they are a five star Japanese HIbachi and Sushi steakhouse in a very remote part of PA for this type of restaurant and its a find for someone lookig for true h
The name implies Japanese, but they advertise Korean barbeque. As I expected, it's a Korean owned Japanese restaurant with some Korean menu items in an area where there aren't many Korean options. The food was good. Everything we ordered was above average. There's a modest happy hour menu that offers some appetizers at reduced prices. However, beyond the happy hour menu, the menu was extremely pricey for the quality of food. There was live music entertainment while we were there. I would suggest that they just pipe in some recorded music and drop everything on the menu down $1 or $2.So in recap...above average Japanese and Korean cuisine (with an all you can eat Korean BBQ option) that's overpriced, but rare for the area.

Our party of three decided to eat at Yantze Restaurant by the the suggestion of one of our friends. Restaurant apparently has been there for years but hard to notice due to the local. Rather small but very warm looking when you enter. Service, price and food were very good and we were sorry we hadn't been there before. Will definitely be back and will make sure we recommend this restaurant for others. The parking area is large with easy access.

a 50 seat casual BYO in a historic home right down the street from Ursinus College. Serving Lunch, Dinner, Saturday - Sunday Brunch, New American Cuisine
My wife and I first visited Chow Bistro in March of last year, you can find our review here. We returned a couple of times after that and were equally pleased. However, we had dinner there last night and we were quite disappointed. They were totally booked, and we were lucky to have made our reservation when we did. And, I agree with other reviews regarding the noise level; conversation between my wife and I was very difficult. We were seated at the table right where the staff enters and exits the kitchen, never a good spot, but someone has to get it. The service did not match up to our previous visits; our server may have been new because she seemed very unsure of what she was doing. The food, however, was the biggest disappointment. The menu has been drastically reduced from its previous wide selections. The squid skewers appetizer was seriously overcooked, as was the pistachio-crusted brie. We each selected entree's from the specials menu. My wife's caribbean mahi mahi was fine, but not remarkable. My grilled ribeye steak was disappointing; a rather thin slice that was served with a sauce that was tasty but overpowered the steak. Finally, it came time for dessert, we chose to share the bread pudding that we had on previous visits. After waiting through two cups of coffee we were served... apple cobbler. We didn't want to send it back or make a fuss, but we did mention it to the staff. Graciously, they gave us the bread pudding in a take out container, which was a nice gesture. All in all, this dinner was not at all like previous experiences, which left us to wonder, what's changed?

There was nothing inside or out that would indicate that this was an Asian styled restaurant. Our server arrived almost immediately after we were seated but brought nothing to the table. I missed the house made fried noodles our favorite Asian restaurant provides at sit down. A nondescript green salad and soup accompanied each entrée. Three of us ordered the won ton soup which was very light and tasty but with no noodles to add. There were several appetizers to choose from and we tried the spring rolls which were crunchy and fresh, but I was disappointed that it did not arrive with any sinus clearing hot mustard. There were one or two entrées that might not appear on the typical Chinese restaurant menu but we ordered more standard fare.Everything arrived well presented and freshly made. The portions were generous for the chicken and the lo mein entrées, not so much for my shrimp dish which was certainly not skimpy. We all enjoyed our dinners and since The Black Dog is a BYOB, we didn't get rocked with outrageous drink prices. When we are looking to have an exceptional Chinese style dinner, we will travel the extra distance to Veekoo, one of our favorite restaurants, but we certainly will be no strangers to The Black Dog.

Tokyo Japanese Restaurant has been in Skippack for over 15 years. We are under new ownership and look forward to serving our guest and making your visit enjoyable. We have a koi pond and bamboo grove to enhance your dining experience.
The sushi here is so fresh and delicious. The combination of flavors is phenomenal. This time we had Gyoza, Avocado Salad, Ginger Salad, Miso Soup, Fire Dragon Roll and New California Roll. This was the first time trying the Gyoza and New California Roll. The Gyoza was fried and crispy. The New California Roll had a bit of a kick to it.
