Nice people who work at the restaurant. Food was ok but lacked some flavor. Service was a little slow. Big portions and good prices

I have adventurous grandkids. They enjoy interesting dining experiences and unique foods. Seoul Korean BBQ did not disappoint. The service was super friendly & swift, and the kids liked cooking their foods table side. The Gyozo was a hit, but they didn't love the squid. They picked at the many kimchee dished, which are my favorites, and devoured 2 bowls of rice. As we were leaving, the youngest (6) wanted to know if we could come back tomorrow.

The service is friendly. The wait is minimal. The portions are very good. Above all the food it really tasty. If you have a hankering for teriyaki don't pass up Heidi's.

My husband and I ate there this past Thursday. I had eaten there one time previously.Currently the nearby road construction presented us a challenge to locate the restaurant. But, I did succeed in finding it!We had different entrees. He loved his and mine. I was less thrilled. That was mostly do to mis- ordering a heat level too hot for me. Lesson learned. This place is very small, holding places for , maybe, 20 patrons with a few places outside in decent weather. I do not know if it is a family business business, but I suspect so. I also suspect a solid take out business with many returning customers, based on reviews I have read. The day we were there the front person was also the cook. Parking seems OK since it is a small place. The food has excellent flavors. We will eat there again.

We went here after seeing good things online. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated which was fine. But when we got seated my husband and I were shoved over so far we basically looked at the chefs back the whole time. The food was alright but our chef took so long it was cold by the time we actually got to eat it(so dont go if your hungry). He was older and the first bad sign is when he grabbed my drink and plate and moved them so he could put his drink there and said "rum and coke ya know" (he didnt even ask if he or I would move them he just reached on over). It took over 2 hours and he basically kept jabbering the whole time and not really saying anything besides weird song lyrics and hitting on the 2 high school girls next to us which was just creepy. He kept doing the same 3 tricks(including squirting people with water) and flung food at peoples faces missing them several times, couldnt even find things on his tray and yelled at the waiter to get them even though they were right in front of him, and flung his knife around just randomly cutting not even hitting the food half the time. The whole experience just was extremely unprofessional and Im fairly sure he wasnt just making a joke about the rum and coke. Ive been to 3 different places that cook like this and usally the chef is quick and works with precision, makes a few jokes, and keeps polite conversation with the whole party. This man did none of those things and was the exact oposite. Not worth the $65 for 2 people AT ALL (they charged extra for rice even though it said it was included, guess not).

I've always enjoyed building my own stir fry with ingredients I choose and this restaurant pulls it off well at a good price. Lunch is only $8.95 and the ingredients are plentiful. Chili and garlic sauces are great and veges are fresh.

WE really enjoyed our meal and the staff were very friendly. There were several dumplings that were delicious along with different tasty meats. They had sushi but none with fish. They also have a grill where they fry your food in front of you. There was not tea and coffee along with soft drinks. They also had hard ice-cream for desert!

I have eaten at this place twice within the past 2 weeks. My husband was with me the second time. The restaurant obviously does a big take out business. The sit down restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms, and bright. Personnel are friendly.Food was very good. We tried a teriyaki chicken. The meat to rice ratio was excellent; perhaps the most meat I have encountered in this dish anywhere. My husband had stir fried Hong Kong noodles with pork and enjoyed it. Again there was a lot of meat in the dish. I LOVED the V1 Vietnamese eggroll with vermicelli noodles .Eggrolls made right!!!All portions were generous. There were left overs with all 3 entrees. Our meals were each just under $10.On the way out at the payment counter we encountered photo books of customers enjoying their meals! That was fun!! And, a personal touch. We will eat there again.

Run by a very capable Japanese-American family, the lunch here was really great. Reasonably priced, good service, and great food.We ordered lunch items, so I can't really speak to the sushi, but the bento box at $9.50 was a great deal. I like that it included an udon, and the gyoza was in a great little sauce.I've never heard of a Japanese champon before, but it sounded like a spicy Korean-Chinese soup I know so I tried it. It was nothing like what I was expecting, but it was really tasty. Good enough that I could see myself craving this again. If only it was closer to Seattle...In general, great service, good tea, and I even liked the ice cream to wrap up the meal. A great lunch experience.

My daughter suggested this new restaurant because it reminded her of the yakisoba that we would have when we lived in Japan. I'm glad she recommended it!The sushi was good (dragon roll - unagi was fresh and prepared perfectly). The downfall was the wasabi which was bland and without much kick. The steak yakisoba was good, had authentic flavors, but was missing that bold flavor - it was like a watered down version of really good yakisoba.Overall, it was a very good meal, but it could have been much better.
