Read some good reviews and decided to try something out of our norm. It was a very good choice for us.Lots of food. Better yet the food was very good. Of course we had leftovers too.Service was very good and worth noting, our waiter took the time to explain our choices and what we could expect. We were not disappointed by our food or service and will come back again.

We ate at Tokio Pub this past Sat. night. We had reservations at 7:45. We were seated about 7:55. Not too bad......the young lady who greeted us when we arrived was not overly friendly. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes before a server in training came over and said she could not take our order but told us about some appetizers she would recommend. I believe her name was Justine and she was quite nice. She took our drink orders however. 10 minutes later our server came with our drinks. At that point we ordered a hot rock app and edamame potstickers.....both were very good. I ordered the pork belly boa and enjoyed, all four of us enjoyed our entrees. We ordered asparagus tempura for the table and was very good. The Fries w/ a Asiam mayo were not good. The fries had astale cardboard texture and mayo based sauce was warm and runny. Big fail on the fries. Everything else was good. I would not so the service was great but it was good enough. I would not hesitate to go here again.

We ordered Edamame and a house seafood soup to start with, they were both outstanding. I got a sake flight, three different, all good. Mexican roll, angel hair roll, salmon avocado roll and the classic California roll. Every single one was incredible. Service great. We've been here so many times. Every time seems to get better. Great job!

Part adventure, part restaurant and wholly entertaining. The Rainforest Cafe is an exciting thrill for all ages. Wild times await in a decorative jungle with animatronics and a menu of delicious American and tropical fare.
We came to Rainforest in Woodfield, as we had received a birthday coupon from Landry's rewards club for $25.00. We were seated immediately, naturally, after we had to make our way, slowly through the store. We ordered for the kids almost immediately, as they decided to split a kids order of python pasta. Alejandro, our server, was efficient and attentive and came back for our order. We chose the temple carnitas tacos for one entree. I opted for a bowl of corn chowder soup and we decided to share the appetizer-sized ahi poke tower. The chowder was quite tasty, as was the ahi tuna poke. The tacos were way over-priced. For $19.99, you get three tacos. Oh, well, you're paying for the ambiance and the decor. The grandkids enjoyed it and Alejandro even brought the birthday cupcake with some of the staff singing happy birthday.

Amazing traditional Japanese restaurant. Back in Japan in Schaumburg. I found this place before coming to Schaumburg and mentioned to Hubby that this is a must-dine place while we're here. We made it happen. It's very traditional and most clientele are Japanese, so we know we hit the jackpot. The restaurant is quite big, there's a sushi bar, first dining area, private dining in small individual rooms where you need to remove your shoes, and another dining passed that small rooms. There's a waterfall too, so you won't miss the sound of the waterfall. I think our waitress for the night was Migu, very sweet and very happy! We ordered fried squid and edamame and soup to start. Oh wow, the spicy mayo for the squid was to die for. I hardly eat spicy mayo but this one was so tempting that I couldn't say no. We both loved it! Then I had sashimi and Hubby had a bento box. Another wow right there! The pieces of my sashimi were pretty big. Hubby's bento box was another dish I would recommend for those who don't want raw. The box came with chicken teriyaki, sushi, tempura, salad and side vegetable and a bowl of rice. Yes, complete! Highly recommended traditional Japanese restaurant. Loved it! Arigato!

We have visited this Sushi Restaurant some time ago and decided to do a revisit this Saturday Evening. Arriving at the restaurant at 6pm, there were only 4 other tables occupied in this restaurant and we were offered a table against the wall shielded from the traffic and cold air from the front door.Service from the 3 different servers, who took our order, brought our food, topping up our green tea was timely and excellent, even as the restaurant became very busy by 6:30.We had the salmon sushi, green dragon sushi, and two orders of the Shrimp Tempura Udon. Each Tempura serving was a good size and the Udon were in separate bowls. All the food were tasty and enjoyed by us all.In summary, a nice friendly restaurant with great food and good value.

It may just be a personal taste issue but we did not like the food at all. The appetizers were the star of the meal and they were not outstanding but just ok. I did not like the lobster sauce shrimp, the aroma was off putting and the flavor just wasn't right.

The Mongolian Beef and Shrimp in Lobster Sauce were great. However, the General Taos Chicken was dry due to over cooking and inconsistently sized pieces of chicken. It was flavorful though.

We ordered three rolls of carry out sushi and were told to pick it up 36 minutes later. We arrived a few minutes early and had to sit for another ten minutes (making it over 45 minutes for 3 rolls of sushi) before it was ready. It was delicious but seemed like a long wait for three rolls of carry out sushi.Amy, Your feedback helps us to make improvements and weâre hopeful that you will provide us with an opportunity to serve you again. I'm familiar with this restaurant having visited there when I lived in the area. Was traveling, weather was kind of bad so I didn't want to venture out, so I used the delivery service. TOTALLY COOL! When you place your order, they supply live tracking from the time your order was received, to cooked, to out for deliver to delivered! And super accurate, showed up exactly on time! Had the chicken and veggie pot sticker combo and the peanut egg rolls, absolutely delicious! This may not be accurate, but I swear there was some cilantro sprinkled over the pot stickers. Sorry folks, I'm a cilantro hater! Don't like the taste and it gives me a tummy ache...I should have asked when I ordered to make sure there was no cilantro used in the recipe. Delivery guy was very prompt and courteous and thanked me for the tip. Would definitely order again if ever in the area!
