This isn't the snazziest Vietnamese food we've had, but it's solid. They have a decent veggie selection, but nothing phenomenal. Their Bun Chay is decent, and the best quick lunch in town. It's clean and very well staffed. I don't know how these guys get the food out so fast, but I have never had to wait more than 5-7 minutes for my order here. Can't go wrong.

Little Namking is a little treasure of a place, about the size of my living room and with about 3-4 tables. That's it. But it does amazing to go service like you won't believe. Delicious, very flavorful Chinese dishes with all the traditional favorites like chow mein and fried rice, broccoli beef and Mongolian chicken (a standout) for you. But what makes this place famous is their salt & pepper wings for $6.95 --marvelous and spicy fried chicken wings coated with a special sea salt and pepper on top, which are very addictive. You won't just order one of these. Just about everyone lines in the neighborhood for this dish, it's so famous. They also have a s&p shrimp that is tasty. Go for lunch, if you can grab a table, for what must be the best buy for their specials: $4.95 or so for things like eggplant chicken, sauteed chicken breast with spicy green beans or pork tenderloin and sauteed spicy veggies. Dishes come with steamed rice, fried for $1 extra, and one of the very best cups of hot & sour soup you're going to find in the Bay Area. Yes! The Bay Area. As good as So in SF and Eric's in SF. It's that good. Credit card minimum is $10. I've been coming here for a few years now.

Ate dinner here recently with my wife and our daughter who recommended the place to us. Worth the trip! We had the fresh shrimp roll for appetizer, the Tofu stir fry, clay pot rice, and afterwards the tiramisu and mango panna cotta for dessert. I would certainly go back and eat here again and try the other entrees.

This is a new cafe. It is nicely decorated, and the staff is very friendly. I had Pad Thai which tasted smooth with just the right spiciness, and plenty of garnish, Shrimp with vegetables was succulent.Thai Iced coffee topped it off nicely. This Thai resto is situates well for access to those having lunch from workplaces in the area.

I was in the mood for sushi today, so I did a quick search round my work area and this restaurant popped up. The reviews looked promising and it seemed easy enough to get to, so I figured I would give it a try.The place is clean and well organized, but on the small side. The ceiling is high, so sound is disseminated and it's easy to hold a conversation there. The staff is attentive and very friendly. There was a clipboard hanging on the door outside- you sign your name on the waitlist and wait to be seated. I was fortunate enough to be eating alone and was seated immediately.I decided on the bento box- my mind was tired and I didn't want to have to think too hard about what to eat. I chose the tempura and a California roll. The food arrived quickly and it was fantastic! Everything was so fresh and tasty. The tempura batter was cooked perfectly and I'm pretty certain that they used real crab meat in the California roll! I only had the 2-item bento box and I was fairly well stuffed! All that for under $10!I did take a look at the rest of the menu. They had a nice selection of rolls ranging in price, but it seemed that most of their rolls were right around $6! That is dang cheap! I do feel that I owe it to myself to come back again soon and try some of their rolls just to see how fresh their fish is, but if it is anything like my meal today, I won't be disappointed!

Went to dinner last night and ordered the set menu for $38 and it came with soup and four dishes. Soup was tasty and the four dishes were large, well prepared, and tasty. Service was attentive and we had to take home what we couldn't eat. The only complaint was that the Toilet needed a deep cleaning.

I had the Bento Dinner Box with Chicken Karaage, Sashimi, Rice and a Japanese Kirin Beer! The Chicken Karaage was "off the menu" and you had to ask for it if you wanted it. It's Japanese fried chicken. Always a safe place to go for a meal when you don't want to cook. Good food and good service. They treat you as if they actually liked you! I'm always pleased at the food they put out.

Had early Saturday lunch here. Only had sashimi, karage, and 2 beverage. Perhaps we lucked out. The omakase sashimi was 14 pieces of good sized fish and all tender. And only $18! That is unusually good value. The karage was average. Service was fast and efficient but this was before noon.

Very picky about where we eat sushi and we eat here all the time. Everything in the menu is solid. Good food! Small accommodations! Sometimes a wait for a table. Parking can be difficult especially on a Wednesday night when the Farmer's Market is going on.

Very, Very fresh and tasty! Lao style is not something we see in these parts often enough, and this stuff is GOOD FOOD. The service is super friendly. Staff will always offer a little mini flight of broth for you to sample before you try the Pho. I'm veggie and they do offer a solid veggie broth in addition to the traditional beef, coconut infused, and tomato-y soy. Hubs is from San Jose and knows his Vietnamese food....says is the best Pho ever. They recently added a drunken noodles dish with a sort of peanut/oyster sauce thing going on. Veggie version of this had me exclaiming and making lots of happy sounds. Best of all, there are real veggies--Not just a couple of sad onions and peppers, but generous with the fresh and tasty gai lan. Condiments and add ins are perfect-extra points for fresh fried onions and roasted peanut on the table. This is our favorite local place now. The owners often have family members helping out, and are so sweet and attentive you'll want to come back and be a regular.YUM!
