Came because of reviews here, not the best I have ever had. Nice location but that it about it. Had the stire fried can't say was wonderful and shake was very water. When asked what cakes , pastries are feeshz was told only apple pie, so sad.So sorry that you didn't have a great experience like most of our customers do... come by another time for one of our great fruit shakes-it will be on the house! As for the cakes, etc- that sounds very strange. I assume it was a mistake from our new worker who wasn't yet familiar with all of our products. Sorry for the misunderstanding!
For years there was not a mehadrin Asian food place in Tsfat. Shiitake had slightly better food when it first opened (they had a good sushi chef then), but it still hits the spot when you want eggrolls and pad tai! Deliveries are often faster than sit down service. If you eat chicken, the chicken egg rolls are a nice treat.I don't eat sushi out, so I can't tell you if it's any good here.

This fun, exciting Japanese style restaurant is one of the latest helping to turn staid and steady old Rosh Pina into the center of the Hula Valley. The food options are many, with easy accommodations for the vegetarians and vegans among us. The staff are young and "Israeli-hip". My only reservation was the loud music inside, making it hard for us to have a pleasant dinner conversation.
