Under new management, youd think they'd want to make a decent impression. The waitress was ignorant and got our orders wrong, several times. The food all tasted the same, and was overcooked, and they have the nerve to add a service charge, for the worst service possible, and argue about removing it. We left half of our meal, complained it awful, no reaction from the server, not even a hint of an apology

Been here a couple of times now and will without doubt be going again. Nice cosy traditional looking restaurant with seating upstairs and downstairs; personal and attentive customer service and delicious fresh food beautifully coked with wonderful flavours

Were celebrating a family birthday. No problems with the food but service was appalling. Side dishes arrived before the mains with all mains being delivered at different times - some of us had to wait a further 15 minutes while everybody else was eating. Drinks were not delivered until halfway through our meal and we had to request water 4 times before it arrived. Our server apologised but they were obviously very understaffed on our visit. Will not be returning to the Reigate branch again purely due to the poor level of service.hi sue,we are ever so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service that you received on your most recent visit. we'd like to take a look into this. would you mind leaving some further details here - https://www.wagamama.com/contact-usthank you

Firstly, very friendly and polite staff, everything prepared quickly but then we were one of three tables.Very disappointed with the quality of food main courses especially. Bland, greasy with cheap oil. Meats were chicken âcartilage cutâ & beef âdoner kebab styleâ (ok when eaten after copious pints of lager, sadly didnât have the time to anaesthetise myself tonight).First time here, probably the last.

Tucked up a staircase just of the main high street in Reigate, this place can be easily missed so keep your eyes peeled and enjoy a lovely Indian meal. The food is very well presented and cooked, set in very plush surroundings and friendly staff. All in a good place to eat and enjoy a relaxing meal. The stairs might cause a problem if you have someone infirm or not good on their feet.

Love this restaurant, met our friends here last weekend. Lovely food especially the way the spices are blended. The meat was so tender, everything was cooked to perfection. Definitely my favorite to eat this sort of food. We will be back and if you have never eaten here then book you will really enjoy your dinner.

Did not really expect this fairly attractive pub to offer a selection of curries on its lunch menu. My wife had a sandwich that she enjoyed, but I chose a curry labeled as "mild" - my bad. It could have used a bit of spicing up, so do not be afraid to order things not labeled "mild" if you fancy a bit of spice.

We love how quirky this restaurant is. There are lots of different rooms â one even has a private bar (perfect for parties!) This charming Giggling Squid is not what youâd expect from a Thai restaurant at all, which is part of the reason why we love it so
We were 10 minutes early for our booking... it was raining, I pushed the door open to see if we could wait inside. The door was pushed firmly in my face with a resolute NO we are closedâ.So we found somewhere else.Dear BertiePaws,I am sorry to hear this. Can I ask that you contact me directly at [email protected] to enable me to look into this further? Please quote ref 11439 in your response.Kind regardsSimon

Fantastic atmosphere. High quality food with very attentive staff. We had an enjoyable family Sunday lunchtime at The Regional Thai. The food was of a high standard and delicious. The waitress was helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We really couldnât have asked for more. It is hidden away up an alley of the high street but really worth finding.

I love this restaurant especially the quality of the food and the people who work there. Whether you choose from their curry menu or Nepalese menu you will not be disappointed. The choice is wide and includes many interesting and diverse dishes. I always ask the chef to make one of my favourite dishes hotter as I like the flavour but also want some heat in their fantastic flavoursome âRara Chickenâ. Despite my strange request they are always happy to accommodate. Customer service comes first and foremost.
