Chicken and sweetcorn soup, king prawns with pineapple and boiled rice with a soft drink to eat in came to £15.30. Everything was good, the staff were pleasant and the service was quick

I use this restaurant on regular basis with mixed experiences,on my last visit they kept taking phone calls and dealing with takeaway completely ignoring us,it took fifteen minutes before waiter asked if we wanted anything,we decided on poppadums for starters which took time to arrive our main meal took a while to arrive due again to takeaways,it was an hour before we got it,and this was the worse meal we have ever had here being over spiced and silly hot more of a vindaloo than what we ordered,I presume to lack of concentration due to take outs,if this had been our first visit we would not have returned

We visited here on the way home and were pleasantly surprised to see all the cooking on display which has got to be good for a take away. Also the menu is more varied than the usual. When delivered the food was again better than most, so all in all surprisingly good
Thought we would try this place as normal place we order from has gone downhill and I must say the food from wok was very tasty curry was thick, dark brown and had plenty of onions which is just the way we like it and chips were proper home cooked chippy style chipsmyself partner and children enjoyed our Saturday night take away only downfall was portions are much smaller than other Chinese take awaysChips were same price as our normal place but only half the amount and main meals were a little on the small side to but we did get free prawn crackersall in all was lovely and we will definitely be using this place as our new weekend treat

We pre booked Roziâs for a large family meal for my Grandmas 80th birthday IWe ordered starters and mains, two of which were scampi and chips. I was very surprised by the cooking time as we hadnât waited long until before the mains turned, as they were being served I noticed that the scampi looked a bit more well done than normal and I felt my curry with my finger to find it was stone cold. My mum tried her scampi to find it was rock hard and cold, the peas were cold and the chips were luke warm. After asking for the meals to be replaced they came back out of the kitchen just a few minutes later steaming hot. Although it was now hot my mum saw it was the same food that had been served and it had been put in the microwave.Iâve had much better curries and definitely wonât be visiting again, as for the English meals itâs all cheap frozen food microwaved, so if there is a member of the family that doesnât like Indian food I wouldnât be recommending the English dishes and suggest you look further down the high street.

Our 200-seat split-level restaurant is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style. Ideal for romantic meal or family meal, we cater for parties and birthdays we can accommodate you.
Finally, after several months of searching I think weâve found an Indian restaurant that actually does curries to our liking. This establishment is capable of seating 220 people on two levels. There are two entrances one too the front for able bodied people and one to the side for disabled access that I thought was very good.Parking is very limited, there is the train station car park where it is chargeable. Now having mentioned the access for the disabled, this is were about any thought for those stop.On entering the venue was very busy but some tables were still available we asked the host it it would be possible to be seated in a Booth due to my daughter having issues with her back and that she would welcome the extra back support. This was point blankly refused and the excuse was that the Booths were for groups of six or more, we did explain to the host a second time about the issues with our daughters back.Again we were refused and quite sternly with the explanation that Booths were for groups of 6 or more and a shrug of the shoulders. We were then shown upstairs to our table with a little annoyance, we were then attended to by a waiter who took our drinks order. The order was written down and moments later the drinks arrived unfortunately one of the drinks was wrong and we were left waiting for another. Our group sat and stared at each other in disbelief saying to each other that the evening hasnât got off too the best of starts. Our food order was taken , I ordered onion bharge my son, wife and daughter ordered chicken tikka starters.Mine and my daughters arrived swiftly but not the wifeâs or sons. After sitting there for several minutes we got the attention of the waiter and asked were the other two starters were.He rushed off to the kitchen and returned by saying the kitchen had got the order wrong and were being freshly cooked. While waiting myself and daughter shared ours with the other two. After waiting several more minutes we were approached by another waiter who I think was the head waiter asking if everything was ok.I did inform him we werenât happy as we had been kept waiting for the starters.Seconds later they arrived with the explanation that the original order hadnât been written down correctly, even though the order had been read back to us.I almost forgot to mention that when the starters were brought to the table they were slammed down instead of being placed.Poppadoms and onion salad were supplied and was surprisingly delicious.I thought the Tikka tasted like succulent bubble gum , the 4x bhagees were large and very flavoursome. The mains were then served my wife had chicken makhani that consisted of almonds and cheese she absolutely demolished the meal.My son had the chicken tikka curry I tried some of his sauce which I thought tasted slightly burnt. One of the other of the group also commented on how they thought it tasted strange but couldnât put their finger on an explanation, anyway my son still devoured it without complaint.I had the chicken Bhuna which was absolutely superb and without doubt the best Iâve had since moving from Birmingham. My daughter had had the medium chicken curry with extra peppers and in her words was lovely. The table was cleared and a nice surprise arrived free of charge 4x shots of baileys, that went down very nicely. We then asked for the bill that was supplied and on checking found that we hadnât been charged for 2 x chicken tikka starters.Being honest we pointed this out to the waiter, thinking due to our honesty we my be let off with the charge or even a little discount, unfortunately this was not forthcoming.Anyway would we return????Absolutely 100 % .
