We went for a late lunch after swimming in the Green Canyon. The restaurant decoration is nice and simple with indoor and outdoor tables. We were a group of 12 people; therefore, we ate in an upstairs room, perfect for big parties. The owner is very friendly, speaks a perfect English so it is easier to choose from the menu because there are so many options that can be a little overwhelming. I got a spicy fish soup that was delicious and a takeaway coffee.The best food I tried in Indonesia.It is a must place if you are in the area!!!!!

We had dinner here twice just because it is so good. All food is freshly cooked to order and the staff is very friendly. The sea is just 50 meters away which gives it a very nice atmosphere.

I took my family on a vacation to Indonesia and we made a day trip to Pangandaran. I love satay, so we asked for a recommendation and were pointed to Galunggung, and we were not disappointed. My younger children are finicky eaters, but they polished off more than 80 sticks total of satay between 3 kids. It had to be some of the best satay I've had in either Indonesia or Singapore. The sauce was amazing, and you had a choice of Indonesia kecup or peanut sauce. Juicy and tender the lamb satay really hit the spot, while the kids preferred the chicken. If ever in Pangandaran I highly recommend a stop at Galunggung for satay.

The seafood is good, the other dishes are fine. The staff is friendly, speaks English and can adjust the spicyness.We had a mixed seafood dish which was served steaming hot on a metal dish.It's a nice place to sit, for the place itself and for the view on the passing cyclecars with lights and music.It takes some time to make your order. So order fast, we had a cardgame with us, sometime went to the minimarket or ATM.,We went back 2 times

Went there during long weekend and order fish, shrimp and calamari. The price went sky high over the last two years and pangandaran used to be a place to find great decent and affordable seafood but now, its no more. Those day are long gone..its not worth it now since its pretty much the same price as in the city

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local. And it totally surprised us. Itâs a family restaurant, with very comfortable and clean atmosphere, and really really good food. We arrived during their closed time and they evened opened up just to serve us!!! That was extremely kind. The service was extremely good and friendly and they even surprise us with a free desert, Black rice, coconut pudding. Yummy. We have been in Indonesia for two weeks and this was definately our best experience yet.

Been here for dinner, fortunately I've came earlier so the place was not crowded. We can choose what we want to eat and method to cook our food, such grilled, boiled, greased by salted egg sauce, etc.The seafood itself looks really fresh and taste good.Many family come to eat at this place and I think the price was not overpriced.
