Once a month I like to let Hop Shing make dinner for the family. For the first time in a couple of years I wish I would have chosen something else. We ordered sesame chicken....tasted like shrimp....teriyaki beef....tasted like shrimp. For the rest of the family that does not eat seafood I found myself in the kitchen cooking anyway. Complete disregard for anyone who might have a seafood allergy...epic fail.

This is a little secret gem of the Westside. We're not known for our restaurant selection across the bridge, however we do have possibly the best sushi place in town. Jasmine and her husband have created an extremely friendly, organic space that offers grade A sashimi and sushi in an artful platter. The chefs creations are artistic, tasty, trustworthy and inventive! The daily specials kept me coming back for the last 5 years...call me addicted if you must...I just like to call myself a regular.

This has been one of my favorite Chinese Take-out restaurants for several years. Food also appears and tastes fresh. Service is quick (although not always friendly mainly since they are always very busy). Always get their General Tso's Chicken either dinner or combination meal. There are a few tables if you want to eat here but this really is a take-out restaurant.
Authentic Thai cuisine with award from ministry commerce of thailand
The entire staff are very nice and welcoming. My wife and I enjoy Thai food and we have tried most of the Thai restaurants in Orange Park and Jacksonville as well as other states and overseas. We have tried several of their dishes and have always been satisfied. I definitely recommend the Thai Café on Park Ave in Orange Park.

My wife, son and I were invited to a graduation party at Kyodai Hibachi Grill. Our chef was excellent. He interacted well with those of us at his station and made it a very pleasant experience. He was quick and served everyone in a fairly short time. The portions were generous and the food tasty. Many of those seated with us had enough to take home leftovers.

We often have dinner here when making a trip to the Orange Park Mall. It is only accessible from outside, between Books A Million and the movie theater. The pho is very flavorful. We have also had the spring rolls and the bunh. Everything is excellent. The service has varied from satisfactory to great. We also really like the décor. As my daughter says, it is aesthetically pleasing! I recommend Taste of Vietnam!

Our favorite place to indulge in sushi. The food is fresh and quite delicious. They are fast and accommodating. My son loves their soup and children's shrimp hibachi. At the end of every meal, they serve tempura Oreos which are simply amazing! They are not inexpensive but well worth a treat now and again.

At first impression it looks a little shopworn but the food is great, service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Chicken curry was good and even better after I borrowed some of wife's chilis, cilantro, basil & lime. She had the pho which was huge (she ordered small). The large must come in a bucket! All the extra herbs were on the side & it was loaded with chicken.

When trying a new Thai restaurant, I always try their Red Curry with chicken and vegetables. I didn't want to eat in, so I called and ordered it to take home with me this time. It was "ok" compared to other restaurants I've been to. I ordered the #3 spice and it seemed very mild so if I ever stop in again, I would order a higher number to enjoy more spicy flavor. Honestly, I'm not sure if I'll ever return to this particular restaurant. First impression didn't leave me wanting to go back anytime soon. The good news: portion size was very good. Flavor was ok.

We had dinner on a Groupon here on a slow weekday and were under-impressed with the building condition & lack of ambiance. We were greeted warmly & given a table preference but the food (Filet Mignon & stuffed Flounder), though flavorful, barely met expectations. There are much nicer places to dine in Orange Park.
