So after months of meaning to go here my wife and I finally decided tonight was the night. The server was extremely polite and suggested the orange beef for me, I obliged and my wife had sushi. After ordering our potstickers come our relatively quick. I wondered where my crab rangoon were but Iâm patient. Another 20 minutes go by without him even refilling our drinks. I assume itâs just forgotten about at this point. He finally comes by another ten minutes later with my wifeâs sushi, stares at the table and says, âDid I not bring you crab rangoon?â. I replied with a no and he rushed off and brought some in a couple minutes. Another ten minutes goes by I still hadnât gotten my orange beef. I see a group of friends and a couple who were seated at least ten minutes after us already halfway through their meal. Waiter comes back out in 5 minutes and stares at the sushi and says, âYouâre not sharing that?â. Confused I shook my head and he said he thought we were sharing it as an appetizer. Great. So my food wasnât even cooking yet. He couldâve at least asked if that was our plan. My wife was the one who orders sushi. I didnât. It wasnât an appetizer. Finally when my wife is already done eating what she can my food comes out. Iâm incredibly frustrated at this point since my wife has to just sit there and watch me eat. The food was great at least. Orange beef was awesome just like he said.Even though the food was good, Iâm just not sure itâs worth going back.

If you're not open the hours that you say You're supposed to be open you might as well just close the door completely period after numerous calls I just found it to take the ride down to order my dinner in person, only to be greeted by a sign on the door we closed Sunday. I have found a new place and I won't be using their restaurant any longer. It's amazing how stupid some business owners can be.Hi Bomax11sorry about inconvenient on our hours.we do take days off on summer time.We will improve our customer service more!

We were feeling like fish and saw the trip advisor review on this place, the menu is mostly Asian food, but with small offerings of American. We started with calamari, if was excellent, the grouper was pan fried perfectly and of course the jasmine rice and fresh vegetables ( think stir fry) served with it were perfect, the prices were reasonable.

Fort Myers, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.This is a quaint number 3 Japanese eatery from a local Naples chain that's serves hibachi & sushi.I got the steak bowl with udon noodles/veggies. The steak was served medium rare as I requested.The veggie was cooked very soft. Along with tasty though not over powering sauces. It was a wonderful meal. 10 bucks.They also serve sushi and tempura. The place makes you feel at home.Service is excellent.So if in search of a quiet Japanese meal this is a place to go.

This is a family run restaurant, and when you walk in, you feel like you're family. On your second visit they will probably know what you're going to order. Pon & Sai, the proprietors, take special care of you. It's a special place that we always go to, just north of the bridge. Take the time to seek out this amazing Sushi/Thai restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

I am usually a very finicky eater.....reluctant to try different foods.Phensri Thai is definitely worth taking that risk.The atmosphere is quiet and the restaurant is spotless.The service is low key and attentive.Being cautious , I had the pad Thai with mild seasoning; my husband had soup and cashew chicken......both were delicious and fresh.Prices are reasonable . I will definitely go back and who knows? I maybe be a little more adventurous in my meal selection....their menu has a wide variety to choose from.
