Out of the 3 years Iâve lived in Japan and the dozens upon dozens of ramen shops that Iâve gone to had all been good but this little shop was introduced to me by a Japanese coworker this is the best ramen I have had and I go once every two weeks to get it. The owner is super friendly especially towards Americans and is currently in the transition to have English on the menus so you know what your getting. The easiest thing I can say is get the top black one. Itâs a standard pork broth which is tasty. I usually get the purple one which is a mixed broth. Highly recommend it for occasions like going yourself, with family, and friends. ãããã¨to the owner!!!

Really delicious, thick tonkotsu (pork) soup comes in three flavors- salt (our favorite), shoyu or miso. You buy your ticket at the machine inside by the entrance, only in Japanese language, so point to your choice from the many pictures around the room & they will help you. You can order in various combinations with rice, gyoza or extra ingredients. The noodles are thicker than usual made from a select blend of 3 different flours. They also have a KIWAMI Special which is half tonkotsu and half chicken soup and the noodles are finished off with a squeeze of lemon. Try it!
