We discovered this restaurant a year ago and were very impressed. A very pleasant interior with a cheerful, easy to engage, wait staff. The quality of food is outstanding, as is the presentation. We had a hot and sour soup to share, and both had Basil duck. The be aware is the degree to which you like spicy! Forgot to mention, and wasn't asked about that and so the norm is too spivey for us. Tell them MILD and you should love your meal

Just opened - excellent!!!!
Its difficult to find this restaurant, but worth the effort. We normally get a take-away from this restaurant, but decided to eat in on our last visit. The food is simply delicious - using fresh, tasty ingredients. The wine (on the night we visited (Wednesday) was half price and the staff are friendly and efficient. Wonderful little spot.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
Food was good, we shared appetizers and entrees. Desserts were just ok. Service was mediocre because our waitress did not seem to be experienced with her job. This restaurant is in a convenient location with plenty of parking. We asked to be seated outside and there was quite a lot of noise coming from the highway.

My family either visits or gets take away from Fuji almost weekly. The food is incredibly fresh, creative, delicious and has tons of choices. The service is always excellent and there are bar and outdoor seating (a couple of tables). The sticky buns are delicious, a choice of either pork belly, or short ribs or both, steamed or fried. There are many, many sushi and hibachi choices. Quite often they also have discounts.Definitely a 5 star restaurant!
