I've been eating breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks in this place since 2016 I guess so I can give you pointers.-Do not eat here when you are extremely hungry serving time is between 30mins to 2hrs.-they have Huge servings you may choose to share your food than plated.-this is a very local style with no touch of finesse so do not expect Shangri-la CS.-If you are a filipino.who likes to eat dried fish (like me) and affordable breaky this is your place.-their Calamansi juice is the cheapest in the entire panagsama.-sometimes they closed down to public to cater for an entire group without prior notice.-they serve fresh seafood but way pricey esp. If you have travelled across SEA. -nice spots (seat) direct to the water, sometimes the turtle pays a visit on high tide.I will still come back to this place.
A best place in Moalboal to chill out.
They had a wide choice of food. The price is cheap. The had a really good pitcher of iced tea. My only comment was that the table, chairs were dusty (maybe because of all the neighboring sand). I suggest they just place the utensils when there are guests and to regularly clean the tables and chairs. Hello Miss, Thank you very much for your review, were very sorry about the dusty chairs and table, especially on putting the untensils before guest arrive. We already inform the crew what to do.

One Eyed Jacks is a two story Resto Bar located in Panagsama Beach on the south sea wall towards Quo Vadis Dive Resort. Largest Bar in Panagsama offering live music, cold beer and great American style food.
One eyed jacks is a friendly ample 2 level establishment with surprisingly delicious food at decent prices .The place provides live music on the upper level on weekends which sometimes turn into a fun and rowdy atmosphere in this sleepy town . Pool on the lower level and big cushioned seats abound ,what's not to like ! And if your a regular , sit down with the owner Wayne ,an American gent with great attitude who'll treat you to a fine jaeger bomb to get your party started, the staff seem transparent but just whistle and they'll be at your service in no time with a smile.

Bar with good sea view. More people compared to other bars. Less people until 10PM. Best is to visit after 10PM. Standard prices across the beach for alcohol. Has the billiards table.
Pancit Canton and fried rice with vegetables. The two waitresses Christine and Anna did a phenomenal job and Chef Jason is amazing in the kitchen. The pancit that I ordered was not on the menu but they created it anyway. This is definitely a hidden gem and well worth leaving the beach area to try this place. Awesome food at great prices. Hi Aldean, Thanks for the lovely feedback we really hope to see you again have a great day in moalboal :)

Its part of Mayas Native Cottages.
While everyone keeps going to the Last filling station across, the Mayas is usually neglected - which is rather unfair because we had great MEXICAN and FILIPINO food and with that one dining it went straight up on our "Future Visit" list.

We had a quick lunch and a slow breakfast. The ladies working at really nice but there's a lack of leadership and a bit of confusion going on. Anyway the food and the coffee were good with a lot of choice.

Quiet native restaurant on the water in panagsama with a nice seaview and a beautiful sunset. People are coming from all cebu to try our very special flaming dish wich we are the only place where you can have it. Stop think about it just try it! We also s
Located on the sea front, it's a relaxing and friendly place. Sometimes, you may see a far turtle :-)We really enjoy their virgin mojito, and especially their grilled seafood (mix of fish, squids, shrimps, and wok vegetable like mushrooms, carots,...).Moreover we had chance to enjoy a very nice musical show.

The Pleasure Principle Resto-Bar is on the main track running through Panagsama Beach, Moalboal, we produce fine food using only the freshest ingredients and fish from the waters directly in front of the restaurant. We welcome all our customers and wish y
Don't be mislead by the down-to-earth looks of the place: food is consistently good and abundant, and the place is as neat and clean as it gets around there. It's a local favorite place for lunch, with many dive instructors and other long-time residents being counted as regulars. Decoration and lighting might not make it your dream place for dinner, but it also draws regular crowds in the evening. After much shopping around for a decent lunch place near my dive center (I come regularly to Moalboal for my dive courses) this is my place of choice. Great tuna steak and salads, chicken and fish dishes are very good too. Recommended.

Ate here quite a few times during our stay in Panagsama. Good food, friendly staff (not always easy to find in the Moalboal area), reasonable prices, cold beer. What more do you need!
