We wanted a Thai meal, but had arrived late in TW and Kaiâs was the only place we could get a table for 6, if we could eat and be out in 99 mins. We took the chance and Iâm glad we did.Kaiâs is a small and slightly grungy (but clean), the food was good, the service quick, the staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. The woman that runâs the restaurant is a character and she makes sure youâre looked after. The restaurant is not the sort of place to linger for hours with a post-prandial drink. Itâs more of a throw it down before you go to your main event afterwards place.Weâll be back.

Welcome to the award-winning Raj Pavilion Restaurant. We understand one of life's real pleasures is a good, satisfying meal. So let us tempt you with an unrivalled range of authentic & imaginative traditional indian foods. Our food is cooked to the highes
We had a nice meal here, good value and pleasant atmosphere. Food was very nice mostly, dishes were quite generous portions and very tasty, but one dish was very oily - when we commented on this, it was suggested we could have asked for it with less oil - but how were we supposed to know it was oily before it arrived? It wasn't mentioned in the description! Overall, a good meal and we will be visiting again.

This place has changed significantly and not for the better; I think it is under new ownership? The quality of food is now not good, where as it used to be consistently amazing. The vegetarian dishes we had are now seriously lacking in vegetables (!) and any flavour. We have given them several chances just to see if things go back to how they were but I'm very sad to say that they have not. We will now have to find another go-to Chinese takeaway and good ones are very hard to find! Gutted.

New Evergreen's team of chefs are delighted to present our exciting menu using the finest ingredients for your enjoyment.
We have been eating here for years with no problems until tonight , we ordered take away and when we got it home it was burnt and the penut buter source was like runny old engine oil we did not think much of it so just called and asked to return it, they asked for it to be repackaged so a bit annoying but cool. Soon as went back into the shop the manager woman just flew into a rage, she was sifting through the food saying only one bit burnt why complain? Then did not want to do refund and then deducted money as we forgot to bring one item back mainly 2 ribs that if I'm honest I've seen more meat on a Syrian pigeon. So after many years of eating here they have shown there true colours and that's that there just money grabbers who don't care about there customers shame really But on the plus side there is a lovely place just up the road

Five of us got together here as it was midway between various homes. Staff excellent, service great, food very good, the onion bhajis some of the best I have had. I do feel that the chicken in a shashlik could be smaller chunks but then again I could always cut them up myself! Plenty of food, somehow we managed it all and we were even offered a drink on the house at the end which was a wonderful surprise. Sadly as a driver I had to decline. This place had been recommended by a friend who lives locally and loves Indian food so very glad we could try it.

Great takeaway. They offer superb service and courtesy and food arrives quickly and piping hot. Oh and it's also excellent too!

We have been visiting this restaurant at least once a month for the past year. The food is delicious and the service is great. It's a little pricey in comparison with other local Indians, but it's certainly worth it. Easily the best curry in the Crowborough area.

My wife fancied a Chinese meal so we thought about trying this one having had so many good reports. We were not disappointed first visit ever. The staff were very welcoming, the food was excellent; not all salty like some many others Chinese establishments, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Many thanks too all the staff will be going again.

Previously I have had vegetable green Thai curry from here and liked it.Tonight I thought I would have something different. Only for myself I ordered Aromatic Duck and Pad Mee. The duck was awful....nothing aromatic about it at all...just soggy fat chewy duck with no taste. Horrible! The Pad Mee is advertised as seafood with egg, mange tout, baby corn, onion and basil leaf. The seafood consisted of 3 chewy mussels, 3 chewy prawns and some sort of blabber stuff that was inedible. Absolutely no mange tout, corn, onion or basil leaf. Bean sprouts there were about 2 strands.Throwing most of it away!Donât waste your money....Worst take away for a long time! Very disappointing!

Despite being the first people of the evening the service was slow. The vegetable in our jalfrezi meals were just about cooked. Nice nan bread and excellent pilau rice but the main courses were disappointing. Overall the whole meal was overpriced and expected a higher standard for main courses, there seems to be a lack of competition in the area.
