Wanted something close to home for a bite with some friends, figured we hadn't been here for a long time and decided to give it a try. Arrived about 6:30 and thought the place was closed because there were no cars around. Went in and had the place to ourselves. While we where there, about 15 people stopped in for take out, but the four of us had the place to ourselves. Food was great and fresh, they only had small portions in the heating trays for the buffet and kept refilling them as we ate. very nice selection

Have enjoyed going to Mongolian Grill for many years. Tonight my husband and son and I decided to go and get some takeout there. At the end when we paid for it I added up the total and my husband pointed out that it was more than it should have been. So I went back inside and asked the person running the register why it cost so much. She then said something about we piled our ball too high and it was two dollars more. When we got our ball we looked at the price and went through the line. Right toward the end of the line apparently they put up a sign about piling it high. I actually didn't even "pile" my plate as high as I used to. And most of my bowl was filled with cabbage, celery, zucchini, onions and spinach. Which is mostly water in their space. I put some meat and not that many noodles on it. The containers that we left with weren't filled as full as they always used to be. I guess what bothers us most is what qualifies as pilin a plate too high? And if we were to sit in the restaurant and order the all you can eat we could have eaten five times as much as we were able to fit in a bowl for takeout. It was really tacky. And considering there were only about five people dining in the restaurant and there was no line they might want to reconsider. There are much better, more ethical ways to ensure that they get paid enough for their services and meals that they serve.
Come by your local Noodles & Company at 1600 Warren St And Stadium Rd, , Mankato where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
I love the variety of pasta dishes, as well as soups. The location is next to the University, so is great for eating before or after a game or concert. Located in a very trendy and stylish area of the campus.

This is our favorite place to get take out in town. Their prices are very reasonable. They also have a very simple lunch buffet. We eat there often after church on Sunday. You can't beat the $7 price. This is more of a hole in the wall joint. Small basic restaurant but clean and has good food.

My wife and I stopped here for dinner. This was our 1st time here. The restaurant offers off-street parking, clean restrooms and plenty of good tasting hot food. There is a wide variety of buffet items offered. Nice room decor adds to the dining experience. We had a very nice evening meal and we will stop here again.

The choices are varied, but the food was of very poor quality. There were three in our group and none of us thought it was good. You order your choice at a window and when it's ready you bring it to your table yourself. Not a fan and will not return.

I was in town in Mankato and saw online they opened at noon on a Sunday. I called shortly after noon to make sure that they had the hibachi table available at the time and I was told they did. I told them I would drive over, which I did. When I got there, they refused to serve me because they said you had to have two to sit at the hibachi table. They never said anything about that on the phone and I drove all the way over. I told them that and they still refused to serve me at the hibachi table. Obviously, I will never return to a restaurant that treats somebody like that. I then went to Tokyo Sushi and Hibachi nearby and, while they didn't have hibachi tables going at that time, my meal was fine. So I will go there in the future and not Shogun.

Great food; consistently excellent service. Strip mall restaurant on the outside, but exceptional and authentic fare. Friendly wait staff. Owner / Manager often there as well. Order from their sushi and roll menu, often at 50% off. Get there early on Friday / Saturday night. Gets full!âº
