Ludhiana is a city and a municipal corporation in Ludhiana district in the Indian state of Punjab, and India's largest city north of Delhi, with an area of 310sq. km and an estimated population of 1,618,879 as of the 2011 census. The population increases substantially during the harvesting season due to the migration of labourers from highly populated states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Odisha. I had heard a lot about Colonel's Cabin but was left utterly disappointed on my first and last visit. Luckily we had only ordered starters and were yet to place the order for mains. The dry manchurian was terrible. The Pepsi was flat. When we asked for fresh he got us the same flat Pepsi back. Thats when we got pissed off and decided to walkout after paying our dues and leaving the food as it is.

Kitchen at 95 is an amazing dining experience. Their customer service is unrivaled. The staff is very attentive and treats their guests as family. From pushing our chairs in to even remembering that we prefer smaller spoons when eating, it truly amazes me of the staff's attention to detail. I want to take some time and thank Chef Suresh Thakur for making my mom some special khichris that she was able to eat due to her dental work. Chef Suresh was great and even made Rajma just for me! I appreciate the great lengths Chef Suresh took to make us feel at home. I'm not sure if these staff members are still working at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana but I wanted to highlight a few of them who truly provided customer service that is unsurpassed. I would like to thank Atish Dadhwal for his quality service and attention to any requests we may have. Mohit Sharma, Mohit Dhiman, Jasbir, Pramod, Parnav and Ajay also provided top customer service. Also, Anil Joshi in the Gallery Bar was great and makes the best drinks! I am thankful for everyone who made our stay the best! I've also even made some lifelong friends from Hyatt Regency! I request the GM to please do let the Food and Beverage staff know that they are amazing at what they do and please thank them from my mom and myself for making us feel like VVIPs and their family. The food choices at Kitchen at 95 are out of this world! All of the food is delicious and there are so many choices you'd never get bored! Barbecue Nation is just a chain restaurant and there Ludhiana restaurant is a good example of bland food and a poor experience!!I went with a group of five friends and we all agreed that we would never again go to barbecue nation Ludhiana..The meats were dry and without taste and the roti was the worst ever experienced.On a positive note the staff were friendly and efficient,however the overall experience was extremely poor ....Dear Guest,We are sorry on the experience you had with us. Visited with a business colleague and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The butter chicken was to die for and the mixed non veg tandoori platter was generous in size and offered a wide variety to meats....Can only recommend this restaurant as easily one of the day in Ludhiana.

Visited on 8th June 2019This is a gem of a place in Ludhiana where I went with my colleague and a guest. the interiors are done very tastefully and both indoor and outdoor dining is a great experience.We ordered Veg chimichanga, pork rib and sesame chicken.the service was good, food layout looked great and portions were good for a heavy eater. only disappointment is the taste as it was not as expected.Price is dishes are justified.Overall we had good time.
