Discover Restaurants offering the best Asian food in London, Ontario, Canada. You’ll see double-decker buses and even the River Thames, but while London, Ontario, has clearly been inspired by its British namesake, this is a distinctly Canadian destination. Attractions like Fanshawe Pioneer Village, Banting House and Eldon House will captivate history buffs. Or indulge your, shall we say, slightly less cerebral side with a tour of the Labatt Brewery.

Recommended by long term residents of London. Absolutely tiny place and our table for seven commandeered the place. As I had the opportunity to visit the kitchen I told the owner we'd seen smaller in Paris but, small as small was, he'd done a good meal. It was Indonesian with chicken, rice, etc etc. finishing with a sticky toffee desert. Sweet for days. The staff consisted of the owner/chef and one other. No problems with service and speed there off. Would I go again, probably not, but that comment relates only to the fact I am not particularly keen on Indonesian, Thai, Japanese, or Korean, food. Nervous I may be fed cat or dog.

We are strictly non-vegetarians when eating out but this place was a strange addition to our list. Completely meatless but does not lack in good food or flavor. We tried a variety of dishes including the sushi platter and liked them. Recommended for vegetarians for sure but non-vegetarians will also find something to eat.

We have eaten at Mandarin restaurants before and have found the quality continually slipping This is the first visit to this location Our first impression was good.Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was nothing short of terrible. The sushi was tasteless and not fresh. No more roast beef at the carving station ,just corned beef. Most items were at room temperature .No more crab salad or salmon. It appears all of the premium items are no longer served leaving us with cheap reheated rubbish. And the prices have continuously been bumped up This will be our last visit here

Really good pan-Asian food. We dined in and the service was attentive and friendly. The place was doing a lot of takeout orders but our dine in food came quickly and was piping hot. It also was delicious. Highly recommended!

Opened in 1994 Vietnam Restaurant is family owned and operated and has been serving authentic vietnamese cuisine for the past 23 years.
Come for delicious food at really reasonable prices!!Very simple decor and somewhat worn!Mr.Long is now saying heâs âsemi retiredâ! Such a happy accommodating man! Always so eager to please! Menus are presented along with a refillable pot of free hot tea.You write your choices on a pad which is checked and taken to the kitchen. The flavours are SO good - delicate and aromatic. Fresh mint, Romaine leaves and dipping sauce accompany the crispy fried spring rolls. #38-The wontons, shrimp and crab are floating in a broth flavored by carmelized onions. Most entrees are under $10. The crispy mixed chow mein is delicious - amazing how the broccoli stays piping hot!! The portions are large including #56 - the House Special with BBQd pork, shrimp and fried egg on steamed rice. We always have enough left for lunch the next day!!And we keep coming back because of the genuine owner, delicious food and low prices!

Quick fresh lunch - looking for a healthier option when in London for work. Found this little gem. Fresh healthy Thai food. Reasonable prices. Got a table right away. I was with a vegetarian (almost vegan) and she was pleased and content as well with the options. Clean and welcoming atmosphere with good service. Enough for dinner too! I got the fresh rolls and the traditional pad Thai.happy we tried it out!

Mandarin Restaurant welcomes you to their dining room. Come experience their casual ambiance. They offer a buffet option. You can get there by car and public transit. They are positioned in an area packed with parks and restaurants.
We visited during the Moon Festival. The room to which we were assigned was full of bright pink lanterns- very festive!I love the Mandarin salad bar but, for this occasion, they had added some new tasty dishes to other areas of the buffet. The butternut squash soup was incredibly delicious- I would like to see it as a regular item. The ginger glazed chicken was also good. The roast duck was a little dry. The regular charcoal grilled steak was especially tender and tasty that evening.Another feature was pumpkin pie - you could get extra whipped cream by visiting the waffle bar! I found the pie strong on spice - I preferred the rich creamy pecan! They have a huge dessert assortment including ice cream and fresh fruit.Service by Luke was attentive. I like the idea of hot towels both before and after your meal. Dishes were quickly cleared while we were away from the table.Senior discounts make this buffet quite affordable and there is SO much choice!

Came in to Tuscanoâs for our 15th Anniversary. Forgot it was Lonfonlicious. Amazing three course meal. Aribetta rice ball appetizer followed by hand made past and cheesecake with warm salted Carmel sauce. Amazing. Did I forget to mention the grapefruit infused margaritas?Service was excellent, food mouth watering and the bartender making and muddling gge drinks from scratch while explaining the spirit and mix that went into the drink. Canât say enough about the overall experience!!!

Tamarine is London's favourite spot for Vietnamese cuisine. We offer a tasty, healthy fusion of Thai, French, and Chinese flavours. For those seeking a tasteful culinary adventure in the heart of downtown London, Tamarineâs exciting selection of authentic
I hate to post this terrible, but truthful, review because the staff at Tamarine are sweet and kind (for the most part). Anyway, here goes:We ordered online via Skip for pick-up one Saturday. Went to pick up our food and it's not there. Our order was given to Skip courier and delivered to another house. The person who went to pick up the food said it's okay for the manager to go to the other person's house to collect our food and bring it to us. Personally, I would have preferred fresh food be made at the restaurant than eat something that has been at a stranger's house.Manager brings our food to our house about an hour later. Our order didn't come complete; two menu items were missing, even though we paid in full.I called Tamarine to get a refund, since by this point it was so late, there was no point in having them deliver fresh food. The woman I spoke with on the phone at Tamarine was very argumentative and didn't want to give me a refund. I was adamant I wanted a refund because I paid for two menu items that weren't provided. After arguing for about 15 minutes (on a Saturday night), she finally relented and gave me my refund. She belly-ached that I should have gone through Skip for the refund and blamed the whole mishap on the Skip courier. I really lost respect and patience for this restaurant at this time. I realize accidents happen, but to pass the blame onto someone else for what is truly your mistake is incomprehensible. Furthermore, to refuse to give your customer a refund when you fail to deliver a promised item is atrocious. Because of the way the woman on the phone handled this situation, I will never dine at Tamarine ever again.P.S. The food was so-so on flavour. I don't feel like I'm missing out, as I can get high-quality, delicious SE Asian food elsewhere, without the hassle.
